Dawn was very helpful in the process of renting a unit. I came in on a Sunday wanting to rent out a 50% off unit that I saw online and she told me to come back on Monday because they were closing soon. So I came back Monday morning to find out that the unit was now only $ 1!!! She told me that there specials change every day and I totally just lucked out! She made the process quick and easy and I was all set up within 25min, I was able to pack up my unit and get to work on time which rocked. She assured me my things would be safe because they had had some theft in the past so now they only allow you to access your unit during their business hours so they know who is on the premises at all times. It seems very secure and the unit was large and clean. Looking forward to renting space here. (Dawn is the property manager at the 180 Calle Del Rey location off of 68 she was very helpful)

I have done business here twice in 15 years. In the past it was 3-Stars = OK. But I would avoid them now. See:
Relatives experienced thefts here in 2015. The crooks either picked PS sold locks, had a master key, or climbed in from adjacent storage units they had access to. There were no signs of forced entry, yet storage unit contents were all tossed and sorted through. The owners try blow off blame onto the the tenant, and are covering up an inside theft ring, not doing anyhtign to fix/prevent it, and not informing tenants nor police. I’ve used the nearby PS at 200 Calle Del Oaks, also, once with no problems. Do not know if they are under same ownership.
