Great food. Service was good but needed one more server. The girl we had was great at her job, but she was running around trying to get to everyone. The fish fry is awesome, and the potato pancakes are really tasty. We will be going back very soon.

Great fish fry, potato pancakes are a must… new to the area… lived up to the expectations, nice, clean family friendly place.

I have finally found my favorite restaurant in Delavan. We have been to the Watershed several times over the last couple of months and it has yet to disappoint. Their burgers are the best in the area, in my opinion. Their fish fry is absolutely top notch. We have had their giant pretzel a couple of times and it’s the bomb. My girlfriend tried their homemade breaded chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it! My friends wife had the apple gouda grill cheese and thought it was amazing. We also loved their apps. My only suggestion would be that I didn’t see any desserts on the menu. Just a warning that this place can get busy on Friday and Saturday night-​for good reason. This is a must try if you are in the area. It’s a very nice bar/​restaurant with a friendly staff.

Wow, not sure if there is new ownership or food management but what happened? And where is DannyBoyz? Menu has changed, food quality and customer service unenthusiastic.
We even referred and prepaid orders for our cleaning crew and realtors from Burlington and Twin Lakes, WI. That was this this is now and not sure what happened?
BBQ quality in original opening 2014 TOP NOTCH. Prepaid orders as mentioned above September, 2015, rave reviews…
Now? Tastes as if some of the items were frozen, or overcooked.
Website now has no info on MENU or Daily Specials, before your menu was fantastic. Why have a web site? Not the end all be all if you have good food but the Danny Boyz web site, huge help, daily specials etc.
Come on guys, this is a total 180 from when it was DannyBoyz BBQ, very disappointing!

My wife and I took her cousin here to celebrate her 21^st birthday. I work in the area and have heard some really great thing about their bbq. Because it was Friday night we decided to check out what their fish fry had to offer.
When we got our trays of food I was optimistic until I got to handle the food. The code fellets were very thin, I would estimate the be the same width as a sharpie marker… most of it being fried breading. The fish was just okay at best. it was pretty firm and i needed to use a knife on most of it. I got fries with the meal because I’m not a fan of pancake potatos. the fries were typical run of the mill bar fries. because they are attached with Danny Boys bbq I was expecting a bit more from them.
The staff seemed to be adequately trained and kept up with our drink orders. My wife and cousin were very happy with their pours and prompt service.
I’m not gonna be back for a fish fry but I’m willing to return to try so. e of the bbq that others are raving about.

While visiting the Lake Geneva area, but our hotel was in Delavan, I wanted to go to a local pub to enjoy some food and some cocktails. I Unilocal’d the Watershed Saloon. All the positive reviews you read are spot on! This is such a great place with outstanding friendly employees, terrific food and bar that’s well stocked. I had the beef brisket BBQ. Great flavor! Next time I’m in the area I will definitely stop by for a cold one and visit with friends.

This was a lovely find! I’ve been visiting Delavan for 20 years now and just haven’t found a place worth driving to (as opposed to cooking/​drinking good wine and cocktails at home) but _​this_​is that place. We didn’t try their wine or cocktails, but we did appreciate their nice selection of beers, the friendly and prompt service and good food (best fries in the area!). The atmosphere was clean and inviting — Rick, et al– you’ve done a GREAT job building this place from the studs up (especially the handcrafted bar and stonework!).
There is limited outside seating (with a view of the baseball diamonds– kind of fun to watch a game). No lake access or view but a place worth driving to to check out. We had the pleasure of meeting Rick (co-​owner) and really appreciated his genuine interest in our experience here as well as his friendliness.
What wasn’t clear from other reviews was that Danny Boyz BBQ is a contractor that runs the kitchen– we were told all BBQ is made onsite (Wednesdays are supposed to be the best day for brisket).

Great country bar in Lake Geneva. Love this place. Feels like home. Heather is a Chicago girl. Great beer selection with great taste in music. Must have the pig wings.

The service is fantastic. Megan was our bartender. She’s great and very nice. Food was very very good. I had the pig wings… just amazing. For main meal I had the all you can eat fish fry… yum! The owners really know how to run a restaurant. You gotta come here. Simply an amazing place! Great food and drinks.

I love the look of this place and I am a sucker for any saloon with a pull-​tab machine! The service was really slow. Seems as though they could have used an extra bartender or an extra server. Good prices, good menu.

What disguises itself as a neighborhood bar is truly a hidden gem off the beaten path in Delavan. The bar and seating area is very clean and certainly up-​to-​date. The front of house staff is nice and accommodating. But Danny Boyz BBQ is what sets this place apart.
I was there on a «slow» night (we were the only patrons at 9pm) with my pre-​teen son. We were looking for a late dinner. He ordered the half-​pound burger and couldn’t stop raving about it. I had BBQ brisket that was lean, tender, and exquisitely seasoned.
Prices seemed fair as each of these sandwiches were quite large. My only complaint is the significant additional charge to upgrade to fries from the included chips.
Regardless, next time we’re visiting Geneva /​Delavan area, this will be on the «must visit» list.

Fantastic! Appetizer pig wings! GREAT! If there are 2 people eating the app, order 2 orders. So ooh worth it. I ordered the beef brisket with horseradish. Super yummy. Husband had the Italian Sausage burger. Wow! Fries are the best in the area. Service is great. What is there not to love. Coming back soon.

My boyfriend and I recently moved back to the area (we both grew up here) and were not looking forward to the bar scene here. We were pleasantly surprised by The Watershed Saloon. It’s not a townie bar but not quite a Chicago hangout either, which can be difficult to find here. It’s a country bar that’s classy, not cheesy. It has a nice mix of people clientele wise. I also love the bartenders. They’re really fun, very attentive and Veronica makes a great whiskey old fashioned sweet! We haven’t been able to try the food yet but I’ve seen other people’s orders and it looks delicious! Overall, it’s an awesome bar and I suggest you try it out. It’s my favorite bar around!

The Watershed is an awesome tavern here in Delavan! Great for watching sports, fabulous beer menu and great atmosphere. I am officially withdrawing my earlier review seeing that their BBQ menu is a separate business. Although to be fair they’re partners under the same roof.

Watershed is definitely a place to visit in Delavan. Owners are great! Nice, family oriented people. Always make you feel welcome. All the food is good. Gotta try the Pig Wings… meat falls off the bone. Bartendars are great and very attentive. Chicago folks… Bears games are televised. So fun watching Bears and Packers!

This bar is a GEM in southern Wisconsin! Great owners and the best bartenders! Newly remodeled– play pool/​darts or just hang and watch Football– Great drink specials and always COLD beer!
