I used to go here often for gel manicures because it was convenient. I began to realize how unprofessional the owners and employers were. As another reviewer said, they often acted like they were working but not even looking at what they were doing. The final straw was my last visit. I had to have old gel polish removed before getting a new color. My nails were destroyed. The tech filed them so low (to get off the old polish) that they began to burn. I had to ask her to stop. All of my nails were purple. When I got home, I realized how much damage was really done. I tried to shampoo my hair but couldn’t because my nails were bending back and forth like paper. I immediately called the salon and got a nasty response that it was my fault that I had gotten manicures too many months in a row without taking a break. My nails are finally back to normal after about 3 full months. I am completely scarred from nail salons because of this. Another family member of mine also went here regularly. She recently switched to a new salon, where we told the tech she typically got gel polish on her fake nails. The tech at the new salon told us she did not have gel on— meaning that kims nails had been lying to her for months about giving her gel polish, which is more expensive! Terrible place!

I didn’t ever want to go back, but this place is walking distance, so I gave it another shot and I was more disappointed than the first time. Very expensive! they have changed their price for their quick pedicure now they charge $ 29! Below average pedicure! no way I am going back there again!

Rate one star and thats because it would not let me rate it lower. DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON. Awful!!! had a 5 minute pedicure… the hot towel she used to put on your legs smelled like mildew!!! it was disgusting. The polish on my toes looked like a 4 year old did it with finger paints! the polish was on my skin! I said some thing to the man at the desk… he was just as bad as the pedicure i received.

Adding to my last review I got my gel mani on Tuesday evening and by Friday the Polish is already lifting off of my nail. Never going here again.

I use to live closer and this was my go to spot all the time and I never had a problem. I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure but my spend my entire day there and they popped into my head. Was taken right in and back by Kelly (she is so sweet and awesome). They didn’t end up convincing me to get the more expensive pedicure ($ 50), but my feet really needed it — trust me!!! She worked really hard on them and got most of all the callus off. But I did notice others next to me got cheaper versions, $ 35 or $ 20 pedicures– which still looked like they got a lot of attention. The only difference are these «reflexology» lotions they used on me which I could do without. Next time I’ll opt for the $ 35 option. I don’t understand how people are saying they only took 5 minutes on them, granted the ladies weren’t sitting as long as me but at least a good 15 – 20 minutes. I would recommend for sure and will return. See Kelly, she is amazing.

Took her 5 min to do pedicure and 30 sec to do manicure. It looked like she is pretending she is working! Nail tools were not even touching my nails or toes. She did not care about the result that’s for sure. I personally care about the look of my hands and they have to look nice and knit after the manicure!!! If I’m paying 45 $ just for them to throw a cute color on my nails I can do it myself for 3 $!!!
The girl started talking to me only when we got to tipping part. She was very nice than.
It’s so hard to find a good nail salon. I DONT EVEN ASK FOR GREAT!!! Good normal salon would make me happy.

Kelly is nice she takes her time! The environment is open and not stuffy. Over all the whole staff is nice. But Kelly sticks out she works well.

I love this place. They are clean and friendly. If I mess up my nails as I leave they fix it… even days later.
I recently went in for a pedicure and a my nails and dropped my cash that I was going to use to pay them. I had no idea I had dropped my money in the salon, so I assumed I left the money at home and used my credit card. I went home and realized that I had not dropped the money at home so I called them the following day for the $ 50 cash and they said that they would look and call me back. And call me back they did! I went back after work and picked up the cash they found along the back side of the pedicure station!

1^st time I came in, the manicurist took 1.5 hours to give me a manicure because she used alcohol to dilute the nail polish. The nail polish kept clumping. My Mom’s likes the place, so I came back with her and got an eyebrow wax. The same person proceeded to take my left eyebrow off. Literally. The owners said I did not tell her what I wanted done. So I guess it’s my fault that when I said, «clean up my eyebrows,» she mistook that for «take it off»… Don’t come here.

I am a regular here and I’ve been coming here for about a year or so now. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I love the owners. They do great work and at a good price. The interior is pretty modern and they’re always making updates to the place, theres even a flat pannel TV and they have great massage chairs. I refuse to go anywhere else, this is by far the greatest nail salon ever. They even take money off of my bill. I dont often write reviews but this place deserves a great one. I would reccommend to everyone.

This is only place I get my mani/​pedi. They are very clean and prices are very affordable… I am always pleased with my results. I would recommend them to anyone!
