He offers landscaping, irrigation, & sod replacement services. I pulled his ad off Craigslist in May ’11, and hired him in June to do my sod replacement & irrigation work. He starts off very professional & motivated; as soon as you give him $$, it all goes downhill. Shame on me for being an idiot and giving this tool $$ on more than one occasion. He stole a substantial amount of $$ from me, and the only work performed was ripping out my old sod and making the yard look worse than when started. He seems to have pulled his ads, but in the event you venture outside of Craigslist for this type of work, or he comes back, avoid this piece of $hit at all costs. His name is Steve Nease. he has done this to multiple people in the Central FL area; if you pull up Volusia County records, you’ll see there are several judgments against him. He blames it on a former partner, which I’m sure doesn’t exist

Company hired to install 4 zone irrigation system and Bahia sod for house in Orlando, Fl– written agreement stating schedule, job and payment schedule.
Took company 3 weeks to start job when told me they were starting the very next week.
Extremely poor customer service, failure to honor contract.
Took payment and did not complete job.
Called and left several messages then when finally connected owner hung up on me.
They have nto returned any calls.
