If you have never heard of Gentleman Toms Hideaway don’t worry you’re not alone. My family and i have been going for years and the food keeps bringing us back. Recently I had the pleasure of bringing 3 coworkers out for the 26oz ribeye. Once again it was cooked perfect and was excellent. The only negative I could say about it at all is the onions could have been sautéed a little longer to carmelize them and soften them up some more. I would pick this steak over Kelseys or Texas Corral any day of the week. Everybody at the table was very satisfied with meal and we all left with our bellies full. Don’t judge this book by its cover. Although it appears to be a little hole in the wall bar it’s clean inside, the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Also if you’re feeling especially hungry Tuesday night is all you can eat pizza for only $ 5 which is also delicious. Next time you’re out towards the Kouts Demote area stop in to gentleman toms and give it a whirl
