Plantation Carwash Express

This place is awful, I’ve made sure all my friends and family never go here. I was so disappointed in the service I recieved. I paid for a buffer wax, wash, interior and exterior wash. I was told my car would take 3 hours to be completed since I wanted the buff/​wax, I passed by less than an hour later and saw my car was parked alone in the parking lot and arrived to find that my car had been left there unlocked, keys in the ignition. Good thing no one wanted a free brand new camaro… I also noticed my car had not been buffer wax and had a really nasty smudge/​smear down the entire side. One of the workers noticed and went to get the manager to see about fixing it. When I told him I didn’t like that my car was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition, he ran off and avoided me and fixing the nasty smudge or explaing to me why I paid a large amount of money for services I did not recieve. My car looks horrible, and I don’t appreciate how I was treated. i wouldn’t recommend this place if you actually care about your vehicle.
