Lazy employees should not be allowed to answer the phone. I took the time to call and ask if a specific product is for sale so I can keep my business in Grayson County. The employee said, «I can walk down there and look for you if it is real important.» As it turns out, I happen to be going to Dallas today, anyway. I just want the owners to know how their ex-customer’s phone calls are being handled. (Apparently, I am not real important.) Twin Oaks used to be my go to place for great customer service but it hasn’t been for the last few years. This «not important customer» is definitely finished.
