Cape Cod Shoe Market

Was in need of sneakers & boots for my 5 year old. Check out a few stores at the mall but could not find anything suitable. Was recommended to stop by here so we made the trip over. Didn’t look like much from the outside he we really needed shoes so we went in .
So happy we did! Great brand name kid shoes such as Bogs, Keen, See Kai Run, Merrell to name a few.
Friendly, attentive service helped get the right size for my son.
Good prices– cheaper than what I found online.
I wanted to shop for myself but with 2 kids in tow I rather wait for another day when I can browse the ladies section.
Highly recommend, I will be back !

Could not have had a better experience at the Shoe Market. This place has been around for years and I have always found what I needed there. Good selection and competitive prices considering it is summer on Cape Cod.
Came in with a very specific idea of what I needed (dress shoes for a wedding… very hard to find anything dressy on Cape Cod let alone a brand besides Sperry…) and David was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for your mid/​lower cape shoe needs!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! The sales lady was horribly rude and condescending. Tried to buy a pair of $ 150 sandals but she never offered to bring me shoes in my size… hello? How do these people stay in business? Will never waste my time here and recommend others avoid it! Would have given this place a zero if it were an option :(

This is a great place to buy shoes if you like to be treated rudely and with contempt while paying top dollar prices. To be fair, they carry great brands and their selection is wonderful. They always have the newest styles in a wide range of sizes. That said, the real issue with this place, and the reason I will never shop here again after many years of patronage is the owner. She either ignores or browbeats customers, loudly espouses her political views to all within earshot and is famous for never, and I do mean never, allowing shoes to be returned, regardless of reason, («I bought it for my grandson and it is too small» or «after getting them home, I realized they are too tight/​big/​the wrong color»), or condition, (never ever, ever worn). For the prices charged this place should be offering top notch customer service but the opposite is true. Believe me folks, there are plenty of other places to buy shoes on the cape, places with excellent selections and excellent customer service. Please patronize local businesses that welcome your business and strive to keep it by focusing on the customer. If bad attitude was a flame, this place should have burned down a long time ago.
