Service is pretty terrible around rush week but I can’t blame them. They say they price match, not really. The book I wanted originally cost around $ 40 at this store. I showed them prices for that same book from a verified source, it was $ 15. They told me the lowest they could go was $ 28. :/The books are usually in good condition. They work with people who are expecting financial aid and they send out reminders about rentals.

Cheaper prices over Barnes and nobles on campus but the service is not the greatest. Ordered a book 3 weeks ago, still have not received it. Talked to someone 3 times before we had a full conversation for them to inform me that there is still a 2 week delay

I’ve stopped in here 3 different times throughout my time at UNT and each time, they did not have what I was looking for! Boo! They are not like Voertmann’s where they carry other various items such as shirts, supplies, etc. I only saw books here. I wish they had what I was looking for because their prices seemed much much cheaper than the UNT Barnes & Noble book store.
