Customer service at this business is very bad. I purchased glasses there several months ago and decided to visit concerning the glasses I purchased. I walked in and the receptionist was on the phone with her head down and not once look up to acknowledge me. I step to the side, saw the lens person in the back on the phone and he saw me but later closed his door I guess not to be interrupted. Therefore after a few minutes of standing there, I just left never to return.
I now know why whenever I visited that business it was always empty.
