She’s to the point but I felt like she knew what she was talking about and extremely helpful. She is open to trying different medications to help resolve a be issues.

I find it interesting that one review said she claims everything to be eczema, because she misdiagnosed my eczema, claiming it to be guttate psoriasis. Luckily, I requested a biopsy. She gave me no treatment options besides topical steroids, which only mildly treat the issue. And yes, the front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. Not only were they misplacing files, but one girl in particular had to pull out a calculator for basic math. Didn’t get a good feeling about this office. Seeking new dermatologist. Two stars for scheduling me last minute as a new patient.

This is my first visit not very impressionable front office staff. Particulary one person. I had forgotten my ID in my other wallet and had my insurance card with me. I was told I could not be seen by the extremely unprofessional lady behind the glass window. She said it was BCBS policy. I had to reschedule my appt to get my ID. I asked can I go get it after my appt. Thats when she rudely said no. I called BCBS and they said all they need is my insurance card to file the papers plus I knew it was a lie having worked in Dr offices myself. I returned with my ID and told her what BCBS had stated and then she said «ITS OUR POLICY» so lied and I will not be back. Very unpleasant. Lets hope the DR isnt like her. In this profession you never argue or disrrespect a PAYING NEW PATIENT. I PAY YOUR SALARY!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Henry. She is the absolute best. I’ve been a patient of hers for quite a number of years now. I’m 64 and have spent a good bit of time in the sun over the years. The skin damage is predictable. Last August I discovered a lesion on my lower back. I called to see about getting an appointment. They got me in that same day. Dr. Henry suspected a melanoma. Sure enough that’s what it turned out to be. She took the initiative to schedule an appt for me with a local surgeon who saw me almost immediately. Had the surgery and solved the problem. Could have easily been a problem were it not for Dr. Henry’s fast action. Attentive, thoughtful and thorough. She’s terrific.

Made an appointment to have a specific mole checked and for a overall check– had never been to a dermatologist. The mole was checked and found to be nothing but the doctor refused to do the overall check saying that would have to be another visit. Of course so she could get another $ 50 co-​pay and bill my insurance again.

Not friendly. Awful bedside manner. Just don’t!
