I usually like this place. After a long day at work, I ordered this on the way home. When I sat down to eat tonight. One of my tacos was broken and had nothing in it. Now, I can see an honest mistake but this is the second time this has happened to me.

I have been a fan of Rosa’s fajita salads but no more. Two weeks in. Row I’ve been given black, rotten, slimy lettuce mixed in with the good romaine lettuce. I won’t make the mistake a third time.

The rating is largely for the drive-thru service. How is my custom order already waiting fresh for me, when I pull up to the window? Does a wizard work here? I’ve been here a handful of times — My order is always correct, and they always include utensils and salsa without being prompted. Keep on keepin’ on, Enchilada Wizard.

This place is pretty good for the price. We got enchiladas and a burrito for $ 16.00. The food was hot and the queso was tasty. They offer chips and tortillas with your meal. The chicken enchiladas are very good as well and they have several choices of salsa.

I went on a Monday afternoon around 230p and there was no one in the drive thru and an empty parking lot. I went through the drive thru, ordered 3 tacos and a piece of chocolate cake. They left the chocolate cake out of my bag and I was just passing through Denton, so I proceeded to call for a refund. I called 11 times before anyone ever picked up the phone. 11 times! While on the phone with the manager, I could hear employees in the background cussing and asking, «where the hell did all these people come from?!» The manger was exchanging with her employees while on the phone with me. Terrible customer service.

Enchiladas were old and hard/stale. I couldn’t even cut them with a butter knife. I figured they just microwaved your food to get it out quickly, but they seemed several days old. Rice average. Beans and chips were above average.

Good fast food. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because my food wasn’t exactly HOT. It was very warm but not super hot. Still very delicious. Tortillas were amazing. thumbs up from me.

Marginal at best. Food had little taste and was bacicly fast food cafateria style. Why would you eat here when there are a dozen better places just down the road that will wait on you.

Very good for the price. I usually get their cheese enchilada plate. It’s a little disappointing that they don’t have more vegetarian options, or vegetarian refried beans(like Chuy’s), but I realize this is fast food. Also, their sopapillas are great – but it’s really hard to mess up a piece of fried dough with sugar and cinnamon. They’re also very quick in both drive thru and dine in, so waiting has never been an issue.

Food is always good, service could use some work but I’ll get over that. I usually get the Nachos with extra jalapeños or the fajitas. Their beans and five are so good too. I like that they have a variety of salsas and you can tell they pre make it frequently. Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

Great late lunch at Rosas. Family and friends. Variety of selections tried. Great Tex Mex quick, nice atmosphere. Beef and chicken fajitas were great. Fresh made tortillas and guacamole. Got to go try it out.

Don’t waste your time. My husband and I spent about $ 23 total for«mexican food». The tortillas weren’t fresh, my husbands fajitas were actually cold. My taco platter was just tasteless overall and cold. Honestly, any of the tacos are better(taco bell, taco bueno, taco cabana) When I wrote corporate about our disappointing experience I never heard anything back so decided to just call and complain at the location. After no apologies and him«asking his general manager» about it said they wouldn’t issue a refund just a gift card for the amount spent, I told him I didn’t want to return. Just don’t waste your time!

Good tortillas, but obviously not as good as the original Rosa’s or any of the other earlier iterations of the chain down the line. It must slowly be approaching zero without ever hitting it. Like an asymptote. The salsa bar is really good and the soft tacos are worth a visit!

Love this place, I eat there way too often. There tortillas are to die for, and I love their beef fajitas. And I am very picky about the quality and taste of my beef. There chips and salsa is expensive and so is their queso, but otherwise this place is fantastic. One more thing, they have your food ready before you can even sit down — they are so fast!

I used to absolutely love this place, their salsa bar itself is amazing. The best plate here is the fajita nachos. The meat is cooked perfectly with a real grilled flavor. Unfortunately they cook everything in GMO Soy oil. Yuck. I wish people would get with the times and realize people don’t like being poisoned.

Always good food, fast service. Quite often the meat is dry, which is why they got 4 instead of 5 stars. Tortillas are always fresh and tasty!

This is a fantastic place! Great prices, fresh food, colorful atmosphere, friendly staff, fast service and lots of food! My three grown children and I like dining here! The tortillas are the best! The only thing we dont care for are the tamales… they were mushy.

I love Rosa’s, grew up on it in West Texas and was so excited it finally expanded to the area. That being said, we went to the drive thru for dinner last night and it was a joke. The chicken fajita plate was old, dry, and barely contained enough meat for one fajita. The onions were practically raw. The cheese enchiladas were poorly constructed with sauce covering only half the entrée and there was a stray piece of chicken and some ground beef in the container. Such a disappointment. If you want good tex mix, try Mazatlan– so much better than this. I expect more from Rosa’s.

I waited a month after this place opens to experience. I’ve been to Rosa’s before and overall they are ok. This location was the same. First off this is a fast food type of restaurant, not a sit down and experience the food type of place. You go through the line and give an order then pick it up at the other end. A huge plus they do see alcohol :) I ordered one of their platters. The food itself was about average, nothing to write home about. The tortillas which they are supposedly famous for were less than stellar. They were much too think and chewy. I’m not experienced that in previous Rosa’s Also you do not get free chips and salsa and the price of lunch was almost $ 8. For this price can could go to several other Mexican restaurants in town and have a sit down nice meal. I hate to say it, but I really can’t recommend this place.
