I LOVE this salon! I travel for a living and I never have time to get my hair done… plus have not found a stylist I wanted to see more than once since I moved to Houston. Working in Denton this month and HAD to get my hair ready for weekend wedding… found Salon NV on Unilocal. They were AWESOME! Got me in same day and Amanda was the BEST. She was so easy to talk to about what I was looking for and how to get it without getting to crazy. My hair turned out EXACTLY like I wanted, which NEVER happens so I am SUPER impressed and will likely be coming to Denton to get my hair needs met regardless of where I am living or working. The atmosphere was light and friendly and just a great overall experience. Definitely recommend these ladies for all your hair care needs.

I am absolutely in love with this salon! My stylist Letha always does exactly what I want and is always very personable and funny! They use the best products and the pricing is very fair! Ask for Letha– she does it all!

Leatha has really great skills! She took my hair from a dark brown to platinum blonde in a very short amount of time. I’ve had platinum blonde hair most of my adulthood except for 2 years where it was brown. I wasn’t expecting my brown hair to fully go platinum blonde after just one visit. I’ve never had that happen before. The appointment lasted so long that i had to continue it the next day. She took her time and did everything the right way. I didn’t loose any hair in the process and my hair was still soft after hours of processing. I’ve had salons rush me and hair break but that was not my experience here. My hair is now platinum blonde and still healthy. I’ve Ben twice now and will continue to go back. My second time around my scalp started to tingle (like every blonde knows) so she mixed up some special treatment and the tingling was gone. It was great to be comfortable while getting my roots done.

Went for the first time yesterday, and did not regret it! Megan highlighted, cut and styled my new hair (and my MIL’s!) I love it! The environment is wonderful (must check out yourself!) and all the ladies seem friendly and professional. I was recommended to see Megan by my and my MIL (and SIL)‘s stylist, due to him moving and one of his clients had seen and we walked out completely satisfied!!! We will definitely be going back! Just want to add, I absolutely recommend Megan Fisher :) Saw her again for my highlights/​toner and she did a phenomenal job. I am a natural brunette en route to a summery, golden blonde & in just 1 visit I am halfway there! Her coloring was gorgeous and pricing is perfect. Go see her!

Got my haircut today for my wedding. Megan was awesome. The sweetest person to ever cut my hair and she did a great job. More than I usually pay for a haircut (doesn’t mean much, I like to save money!), but I will definitely be going back! A little hard to find, but located on the bottom floor next to the apt building.

Wonderful staff, clean and nicely decorated interior. Prices are reasonable. Every cut and color I’ve had done by Erica turned out great! Definitely recommend.

Megan was wonderful and was the first great haircut I’ve had in a year!!! Hip location and great service.

Had my hair cut and eyebrows waxed by Megan. Super sweet girl, great hair cut, eyebrows look great. Going back to have her highlight my hair. She’s really knowledgable about the color process. It’s hard to find on your first visit, it’s hidden. My only complaint is that the hours on the website are NOT their hours. Someone should update that.

My first visit as NV Salon was a great experience. My stylist, Megan, was not only profession, but was personal, quick, and gave me a great cut. The salon itself is well kept, and the environment was comfortable to be in. It was well worth the $ 25 for the mens haircut.

Salon NV is in a league of their own here in Denton! Erica has been my hair stylist for several years now. I love how she keeps my look fresh and fashionable but also easy to manage at home on a daily basis. I love coming to see her at Salon NV, the shampoo station is the ultimate relaxing experience!

If you’re looking for a great salon, then look no further; Salon NV is it.
The salon is similar to a loft-​type space with exposed pipes on the ceiling and has an open floor plan. This is not your typical salon with all the stations lined up one right after another– stations are strategically placed throughout the space providing privacy and a unique experience. One thing that sets Salon NV out from all other salons is how comfortable the rinse stations are. Each rinse station has a padded extenstion for your head– no more neck cricks (and not to mention the flat screen above the rinse stations so you aren’t staring at a ceiling).
The customer service is impecable, and the stylists make you feel right at home. Upon arrival you are greeted with a smile and offered a beverage, and let me tell you, they have everything– mimosas, sodas, wine, coffee, water– just to name a few. The background music is the perfect volume; not too loud so you can’t hear yourself speak (or more importantly so your stylist can’t hear what you want), and is never the same over-​played songs you just heard on the radio.
My stylist always listens to what I want, provides honest feedback and suggestions, and gets it right everytime. What more could you ask for in a stylist and salon?

Went into Salon NV for the first time today. What a great surprise in downtown Denton. The salon is super cute and the staff is extremely friendly. Jennifer the owner is really on top of her profession and runs a great store.
