Great place! You can’t go wrong with chicken and waffles from a food truck. The chicken was crispy and the waffle was great. Hot sauce and syrup are provided.

Waffle Wagon is the BEST. You can’t beat chicken and waffles on a Friday night paired with a great beer at East Side To top it all off, they’ll even put a fried egg on top. It makes it soooo good. Try it. Trust me.

Nothing is better than a good waffle or a good sandwich. Especially if you’ve been drinking. I happened upon the waffle wagon by chance one evening and I must say I’m glad I did. Rachel (the owner) and her employees were quick to great me and take my order. Even offering suggestions as I determined if I wanted something sweet or savory. I went with the peanut butter, bacon & banana and I rocked my world. I thought that might have been the ultimate in waffle creations until the next time I went. That’s when I discovered the second love of my life; the brunch burger. A 1/​3(?) lb, hand formed patty grilled to perfection, with melted cheese, bacon and an egg fried to order with a waffle for the bun. It also includes lettuce and tomato, but nobody cares about the when my fatness scream in anticipation for its deliciousness. The prices and pretty cheap for the amount of food you get and they are always cranking out high quality food. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Is it okay to say that the food here looks better than it tastes? Like really, beautifully displayed food but the waffles are drowned out by outlandish toppings. It’s kind of just waffles with stuff on it, if that makes sense.

I know my waffles… I’ve been eating them all my life… The Waffle Wagon’s batter is on point! I’ve had the BLT, the burger, and the chicken n waffles and thy were all great!

Alright here it is, Waffle Wagon… yall are alright. Me and my gf had been very excited to try this place out for a very long time, I mean waffles on the go?! Sounded super cool and from the looks, it seemed as if it promised something amazing! One beautiful Saturday morning my gf and I decided to go to the Denton community market where the W.W. unexpectedly showed up, me and my gf ecstatically ran up to it and ordered waffles with peanut butter, bacon, and slices of banana. This is where I realized how poor in taste the actual waffle was, the lack in attention/​flavor in the actual foundation of the meal! They rely on the decoration of the bacon/​pb/​banana to make up for the flavors. I think I’d enjoy if it wasn’t just a plain waffle that relied on what’s put on to make the flavor, the sides that are put on are to add on flavor to a great buttery, cinnamon-​y waffle!

Me and my boyfriends had their chicken and waffles at the denton market on a Saturday. omg the food was soooo good. the chicken itself had enough seasoning and was fried to perfection. the waffle was delicious with some spices in it that other places don’t usually do but it tasted amazing. we wanted more as soon as we were done!

Ok so the food is awesome, like genuinely amazing, I don’t want to discount that. But rachel ’ s customer service takes the cake. I emailed her asking where she would be the night of my boyfriends birthday and she offered to «hang a sign or something.» When we arrived there was a sign and birthday hats all around. So thoughtful. And o.m.g. the food…

Went there tonight for the first time. Ordered «summer love» which was a combination of strawberries, blueberries & whip cream. Fruit was super fresh & sweet! Delicious

Bet you were craving some chicken & waffles! You’re in luck then cause Waffle Wagon serves it just right! Found this food truck at Eastside on Saturday night and will definitely be coming back for more. Great portion size for $ 8 and staff was super friendly. Wish I had ordered 2.

One of the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. The service was quick and the guys on the truck were super friendly.
Portions are big, so i’d recommend sharing– chicken was perfectly breaded, crispy and flavorful. The waffle had the perfect texture and was delicious on its own. Add the syrup and you have one sweet savory meal big enough for 3 people.
The Pickled Carrot food truck next door seems to get all the attention as far as food trucks in Denton go, but don’t overlook The Waffle Wagon– these guys know their stuff.

My son recommended this and I am so glad he did! I had the hot ham turkey Swiss which came with a side of raspberry jam. Delicious! Reminded me of a Monte Cristo. My husband had the brunch burger. Hamburger patty, egg, cheese and bacon. Really good. Our food came hot and the waffles were just right! This is a food truck so follow there location on their website.
