7-Eleven

I had no idea why this 711 hasn’t been checked by corporate I have been treated horribly here cursed at etc by employees ALSO on Halloween one was drunk yelling at people in her costume. I cannot believe this has not been dealt with! Will be calling the 711 franchise and getting in touch with whoever I must.

Dirty store, employee used profanity when asked for bag for items purchased. If anyone from corporate 7 11 reads comments they need to checked their customer service. Take away this store franchise.

Just went in. Although I was about to purchase things, I asked if I could use the restroom. This foreign guy was so rude that I didn’t buy anything and left.
You need a lesson in manners.

Brand spanking new so this store is still pretty darn clean — even though it’s located at a rough spot of Colfax. Still, it’s a fairly large store and like most other 7 Eleven locations it’s got everything you could need.
The one gripe I have is that every single time I walk in, regardless of what time of day it is, there is NO ONE behind the counter. That seems like a big time risk seeing as this store is located on the Fax. More over, once an employee finally sees that a customer is waiting to pay it takes forever for him or her to come to the register. Some might say it’s good that this place isn’t very busy… I see it as poor customer service. But hey, call it what you will…
Still, it’s a good place to get your snack on when cruising down Colfax! I look forward to a drunk night of munchies from this place :-)
