A Unique Pin

So far I only give them one star. The woman who works at this shop is horribly rude, unapproachable, and took away from a potentially great experience. I wish there was another shop nearby. I may have to take my business elsewhere, drive much farther, to add patches in the future. The man, however, was helpful and jolly. He really was informative. I wish I didn’t have to end our visit with the woman. Customer service at its worst! and I spent a massive amount of money for my child’s custom jacket. I’ve seen jackets for the shop and they look great. I hope the rest of our experience is better. …this visit to order my child’s jacket was a total surprise and man did that woman make us feel as if we were stupid. My child, who never says anything about impolite people, spoke up right when we left and couldn’t believe someone was so awful to us and we were just happy to be there. I just can’t believe how horrible the experience ended up being.

Horrible customer service.
Full of excuses.
Won’t answer phones be during business hours.
Won’t call back after leaving several messages.
Stated if you wanted the jacket during the time you asked you shoul of called or game back the week before. Stated I called last week and left 4 messages.
Continued with excuses and no answers.
Unfortunately this is not the same store and customer service that was in place when Rich owned owned it…
Will never try to make a purchase again and will never suggest anyone make a purchase at A Unique Pin again…

We opted to go out of our way and give this place a try. We were burned out on the popular sporting apparel place near our home and their arrogant, rude, lack of customer service.
Tony & Sharon own and operate this place and they were wonderful! We ordered our son’s custom letter jacket… which turned out perfect! They also worked with us on a couple of other custom orders we bought from another vendor with mistakes… they fixed the mistakes and even made it better! I would recommend using these guys even if they are out of the way for you! More businesses need to refine their customer service and personal touch like unique pin.
