This place sure knows a thing or two about wonderful customer service.
I was just at this location on Saturday just about one hour before they closed, and they treated me with the upmost care and genuine concern– without feeling rushed. I was having chest pain and since this location opened in my neighborhood, so I was able to walk-​in and be seen within five minutes.
Even though they weren’t able to help me, because I needed tests done beyond what they are able to perform – they didn’t charge me. The doctor was even correct in her diagnose! The cherry on top, is that they called me a few days later to see how I was feeling and if the hospital took good care of me.
I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I normally do not provide reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time. I had a great experience recently while visiting this urgent care facility. The nurse practitioner, Amanda, was extremely nice and provided phenomenal care. It was certainly not your typical urgent care experience. I felt like a patient and not a number.

Nurse Practitioner Amanda really cared for me in my moment of need. I trusted her and she guarded that trust with the utmost sincerity, gravity, and gratitude. She had extensive knowledge about my symptoms, and worked with me to develop a care plan that really suited me. She treated me as a whole patient. I highly recommended AFC Urgent Care on 13th St., and Amanda in particular!

Minimal paper work. Easy check in. Neat patient walkin checkin on an ipad. Fast and friendly. They said I was the second patient they’ve had. Saw Dr joe, listened to everything I had to say and he was very thorough. Nurse pam kept me informed and thought they were taking a little extra time but I can say they were moving a great pace. But either way I appreciated the customer service.
