Lonnie made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into her salon. I have been getting laser hair removal from Lonnie for two months. I am seeing great results. Her prices are the best in town! I shopped around for years and I finally found an affordable option. I can tell that Lonnie is passionate about laser aesthetics. I recommend her to all of my friends!

Buyer beware! Ultherapy treatments feel «different». I’ve had these before and this laser didn’t feel the same, nor did tech go back and forth multiple times. Just a few zaps for hundreds of dollars! What a rip off. Cooling blower machine kept turning off. Not impressed with out dated equipment, staff lack of professionalism and store ambiance.

Now my go to place for beauty treatments! My sister and I came in since I purchased a voucher for the Ultherapy Treatment for the eyebrows.
The location is in a nondescript medical building but as soon as we walked in felt very comfortable and relaxed.
We met Lonnie, the owner, and she is very personable. The technician that checked us in was Lori, and we just love her personality – so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! We’re very happy that she was also going to be the one doing our procedure. She explained everything very thoroughly and answered all our questions.
The procedure only took about 15 minutes, and wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. Really excited about the results and already purchased a few of the cavitation lipo procedures at a discounted price. They have awesome specials.
Plenty of parking and they have WiFi. Already booked an appointment for this Saturday.

I found a deal voucher on line for 3 treatments for ultra cavitation laser (newest in technology for cellulite treatments) and went for my treatments. Lonnie, the owner was very nice and explained everything so I knew what to expect. They actually did a lot more of the areas then I thought I would get with my discount and they have gone the extra mile every time I have gone there. I really feel that they do care about trying to give you value for the money you spend. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and I feel right a home. It is not an uppity

Lonnie was great, her place was busy but she acknowledged my presence. Only gave 4 stars because I wished the laser was more painful even though it was already painful, but it’s very tolerable. I know she does not want me to bleed, but I was cool to get some from from the laser. I prefer it as the more painful the treatment for is the more effective with great results and this is from my previous experience. Lonnie care about her clients and she does work with you. She was easy to work with:-)

I first came to this shop with a coupon, and have continued to come back. Lonnie is such a loving open spirit, and the place is laid back, warm and comfortable.
Two words… Cavitation Lipo! Over time and with several surgeries, I became very sedentary. Fat pockets built up, and tho I tried walking biking, dancing, I couldn’t bring down the volume of fatty pockets. I couldn’t fit into my pants anymore. Cavitation lipo has made a big difference for me. It gives an almost immediate reduction in the dimensions of the fatty areas. I didn’t lose weight, but what a wonderful change, losing belly fat and those saddlebags that I’ve been carrying around for decades! And I can fit back into my ‘small” clothes again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lonnie burned my chest so badly 5 years ago I had 2^nd degree burns. The doctor she studied under has tried to help with repairing laser treatments. He was upset o learn she was doing treatments on people with broken equipment! I will be scarred forever. She didn’t care, I Gould have sued her but just wanted my skin fixed. Listen to the other people who she burned, go to a place who is trusted.

The best place on earth. They are willing to work with you and really deliver what you need. I had horrible scarring due to adolescence acne and their staff has worked miracles. I’ve gained tremendous confidence. I wanted my exterior to reflect how great I was feeling inside.

I’ve had laser treatments performed by Lonnie in the past. She is funny, friendly, and knowledgable of her trade. She was very thorough in her treatments, (no rushing). I would definitely return to see her for future treatments, (if needed). Sometimes contacting her directly can take some time, so that is the only reason I am rating this 4 stars out of 5. Aside from that, everything is great!

I love this place. I went in after a friend told me about their cavitation lipo. I have seen such great results. I’m down a pant size after only 4 treatments. Everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable. I see Kathy and she is great about explaining what to expect. I also just did some hair removal and I wish I had done it sooner, they’ve got me hooked.

Don’t go here. Owner burn my legs with laser and my legs still look awful after six months. Spend the extra money on a professional. Seriously, regret going here.

First, I must say that I typically LOVE LASER treatments; from hair and tattoo removal, to IPL photofacials… I am NO stranger when it comes to being zapped by lasers. I have also never been burned by any laser treatment … until arriving at Aspiring Laser.
I went in for spider vein treatment.
FACILITY LOCATION: it is definately tucked away. And yes, the locks and security doors are a bit umm… intimidating — but my review is not based on the location — so ‘nough there.
TECHNICIAN/​EXPERIENCE:
I think I got the gal still doing externships. I know, they dont do that in this industry… but seriously? This is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only could she not remember how to turn the laser machine on… (first red flag), the machine started to act funny and she was not sure how to handle it (second red flag). After lasering one of my legs, the machine stops working altogether. We had to move to a new room — and I was provided with a small towel to shield my body as I maneuvered through the hallway (???) Once in the new room, she dialed the machine up to the same strength as the machine from the previous room… you know, the one that was not working properly …(red flag 3).
She hammered her way through the rest of the treatment — zapping both my legs. I told her that a few spots she was hitting really hurt. I got the traditional «speil» about how it can be uncomfortable yada yada… and I went home with one leg hurting MUCH more so than the other.
I woke up the next morning with BLISTERED legs, in the rectangular shape of the laser wand. I had been burned by the laser treatment. This is an elementary mistake.
I am writing this review over 6 weeks after my initial teatment. Not only did my spider vein treatment have ZERO effect on the veins — but I also have scar marks on my legs in the shape of the laser head — which will probably never go away.
NOTE: I did call the salon and spoke of my experience — to which I was offered an opportunity to go back to their office so they could get pictures for education purposes; which I politely declined.

I was not impressed with this place at all. The building where the office/​salon is located is a little shady, outdated. The décor of the office was tasteful, but certainly not a comforting spa environment. I was not impressed with the old towels, equipment and marks on the walls. It felt dirty to me. The technician was very sweet, but inexperienced. I left before my appointment even started.

SCARY Experience. BUYER BEWARE. NO MEDICAL DOCTOR ON SITE.
I purchased a special deal with them too. A laser facial treatment. I had a horrible and medical scary experienceto what they did. I thought they had ruined my eyesight after working on my face.
THERE WAS NO DOcTOR ON SITE, as I understsand is required by law for these medical-​type procedures they were doing. I had to leave, call someone to drive me to a doctor. Oh, and the treatment did nothing for my skin a good facial and vitamins don’t do. Their ‘doctor’ was someone they called by phone remotely and was not there or available even at the time to come see or examine or treat me.
Being trained to use a powerful machine is NOT the same as knowing what you are doing medically to a person’s body with that machine and how to avoid damaging someone’s eyesight or other bodily function/​organ. Certainly not having the staff on site to handle such things is risky business for them. Oh, and they initially refused to pay for the eyedoctor I needed to go see since they had no one there, adding the stress and angst of the emergency. They did offer to pay for a cab for me to get home! Are you kidding? REally? that’s how you handle this… oh, and what happens to my car in the parking lot once I’m home?
Today I received another Groupon from them in the inbox, this time soliciting for Spider Vein treatments. Sounded good, until I realized This was the same Place!!! Aspiring Laser Destruction… I mean renewal. I couldn’t run away fast enough from that buy button and realizing that they are still soliciting people, thought people should know about my experience.
I see here on Unilocal that it seems that they repeatedly run deals on on mutliple daily-​deals websites/​companies. No surprise to me that this is the only way they can incite business!!! Evidently, not enough first-​timers return or refer them to friends.
NO WAY would I risk my body to these women again. These are medical treatments that need to be handled by medically trained or knowledge people and with what they are doing, should have a medical doctor on site when patients are being treated.

This place is great! I got a coupon through a daily deal site for 6 treatments. Lonnie, the owner, makes you feel so welcome and we talked all the way through my laser treatments so I didn’t even notice any pain. She is also very fair with her prices and was awesome when I needed to re-​schedule an appointment. I definitely reccomend it!

I tried this clinic for some phototherapy offered in a groupon-​like deal. I was pretty worried that there would be the old bait and switch, for a lot more money, but Lonnie did not do that. I am thrilled with the results and she definitely has me as a client for life. I had no problems scheduling with her and she was available to do the procedure within a week. Great turnaround and she offered me a deal to get me to come back. She is great with her clients. She knows her stuff, too. So pleased!

I have been coming here faithfully since September 2011. I love this place, Lonnie, the owner, makes you feel comfortable and right at home from the moment you walk in the door, she cares a lot about customer satisfaction and never fails to go out of her way to make my experience a great one. I have had laser hair removal as well as IPL photofacials and have had wonderful results! I will continue to come here for all of my lasering needs!

I found a GREAT deal on
for Dysport Injections. It took 3 calls (+ an email) to get an initial appointment set. Appointment was set for 2 weeks out. 2 days before the appointment, they called to cancel and reschedule… ok, fine. Another week goes by, I walk in at 11am today for an appointment only to meet with a kind but apologetic employee that tells me that there’s not even anyone available to do injections today. Did they not look at the schedule yesterday, or even this morning? Why schedule patients, but no doc? I’m now out 2 hours of my life, more than $ 100, + 6 gallons of gas… and no dysport. MAYBE if I show up on Wednesday there will be SOMEONE there to do the services that I’ve already paid for. If not, my next call is to the BBB!

UPDATE!
The service I paid for didn’t really work that well after all. Still a LOT of work left. I was charged an extra $ 40 per session (an extra that wasn’t listed in the Groupon deal) to complete the laser tattoo removal that was supposedly going to be gone after the original quoted price. I now have learned its at LEAST and additional 4 – 6 more sessions that I don’t want pay for!!!
