Great wings, brussel sprouts, burgers, and drinks. Nice, laid-back atmosphere with above average bar food.

Never a disappointing experience here. Granted, I have only checked in twice but, this is probably our 10th time here. Again, NEVER have we a had a disappointing experience. You can’t go wrong with taco Tuesday, nor can you go wrong with the mussels on any given day! Chef Ben, does the food beyond perfect! And Mika has by far become one of our favorite bartenders! You won’t be disappointed by your visit to Boone’s! Eat, drink, and yes, you’ll be merry!

Man, Boone’s, i had such high hopes for you. Amazing food for great price, but then again, if you share a kitchen with Atticus, the food’s gonna be supreme. Bottomless wings during Monday Night Football?!? Nothing can beat that… or so i thought. My problem has nothing to do with your food, or your less than mediocre beer selection(okay maybe a little bit about your beer). My issue is that every single time i’ve come, you’ve been understaffed. Waitresses are running all over the place trying to keep everyone happy. But when you’re rushed, you make mistakes, and there were plenty of them. Honestly, i felt bad for them, and am not surprised to hear that your waitstaff has a high turnover rate. However, I realized that the main fault doesn’t lie with your staff but your management. So i tipped my waitress well for her effort, and decided that the best way to punish your mistakes is just to take my business elsewhere. Adiós

This review ails me. I’m currently the duke here and I’m officially retiring myself from coming back for all the reasons listed below: 1. One of my first experiences was so beyond bad that I emailed the owners through the website instead of leaving a bad review. Our food took over an hour and some items came out uncooked. Any response? No. No response owners. 2. Experience 3 – 10 — it’s clear they are so understaffed every time that we offer help to the poor waitresses.(Let me state the reason for coming back — the wings are great when they eventually come) They scurry about, mix up orders, we wait patiently. One time we waited 40 minutes for our drink order — and we counted — there were 12 people total in the entire place. 40 minutes later our drinks came. We watched the bartender talk to a couple people sitting at the bar, wash some glasses, keep talking to people at the bar — what is happening? Btw, we ordered beers. Plain Jane draft beers. 3. I ordered a medium rare burger one night. It came out raw. Like, not seared on the sides or anything — it was raw. Confused I sent it back wondering what possibly could have happened. Was the burger comped? No. 4. If you come here for a Broncos game, you’ll be partially disappointed because the audio is not synced to the main screen. This means that the main large projector screen is showing the game about 6 seconds before all the other tvs BUT the audio is coming from the tvs that are 6 seconds behind. Smart. The bottom line is, you’ll never have good service or food here unless you come during the day when nobody is here. All of the other reviews say the same exact thing. Even the servers will tell you they have a high turnover — which is true, I’ve been here over s dozen times and there is always a new person. So Boones, what are you? A restaurant? A circus? I have no idea but 12 strikes and I’m finally out.

I’ve been here three times with a run group. I’ve yet to experience anything but bad service. They mess up orders, forget to put orders in to the kitchen, and are generally just slow(even with very few customers).

I went into Boone’s by myself Wednesday night while waiting for my son’s practice to be over. It was pretty busy and I was worried it was a college bar and I would feel out of place, but the bartender made me feel more than welcome and comfortable. I wanted something different, the bartender(Mica I believe is her name) told me about a great special on beer and burgers, but I am burgered out. Mica suggested the mac and cheese and promised me if I added the broccoli, peas, and candy bacon I would love it, so that is what I got. She was right, it was so yummy! I will be back soon to have my son try it. I was so worried I would feel weird but the bartender made me feel quite comfortable and her service was top notch. I am already craving the mac & cheese again. Glad I stumbled into this place.

What a pleasant surprise tonight. An impromptu dinner with a friend who said she ‘had a good burger there once’. Ambiance: When I walked in it looked just like any other(albeit clean) sports bar. It kind of has an awkward entrance, a few decent sized televisions that were showing the World Series game instead of the republican debate(in Boulder) and a wide arrangement of table configurations. For a bar so close to a college I expected it to be darker, dirtier and with more drink deals on table tents, but I found none of this. Food: The best find was the food. It’s a scratch kitchen and they do it right. Between the two of us we tried a BBQ burger($ 9 on Wednesdays) with sweet potato fries(they literally cut up a sweet potato and fried it), green chile(spicy but very good), side of tots(nothing to write home about) and the fish taco(they have 3 kinds a la carte). All of it was waaaaay better than the bar food I expected! I will be going back to try more dishes!

Watched Sunday morning soccer and football from the bar. Very enjoyable. Not very crowded, so if you desire high energy, you won’t get that at the early hour. Brunch food: pretty good. Choices of hearty dishes. Beers and bar: very good. Cleanliness: good. Atmosphere: It’s a well lit, worn in bar/pub. Fun for casual groups. Friendly patrons. Service: good Prices: fair.

Just moved to Englewood and gave this place a shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food given that this is a sports bar. The beer on tap was excellent(even if the menu wasn’t up to date with what was available) and the service was very good. I’ll be going back.

Oh Boone’s. I have such a love hate relationship with you that has more recently turned to hate. Over the years the menu has gone through quite a few changes, with taking neighborhood favorites like the tater-tot bowls and fried wings off and replacing them with dishes that sound more upscale on the menu, but don’t come through in taste. This is the closest restaurant/bar to our house so I want to love it. But last night we visited for dinner and were so underwhelmed that I don’t think we’ll be back for anything more than drinks. Took more than 10 minutes to get our drinks, even with an empty restaurant and 2 bartenders. We ordered the chicken nachos as an appetizer, and they were decent. Then we ordered the shrimp po boy and the btl with pork belly. When the po boy came out I laughed. $ 14 gets you about 4 inches of hard french bread, 4 shrimp and fries. We were planning to split it, but the bread was too hard to cut through, and it was so small there was no point! The blt was actually pretty good, with a decent amount of meat, but the french bread was so hard we took the top off and just ate it open faced. I see the exact same trend with other restaurants owned by this same owner: Atticus and Blackbird. Bring back the favorites, take a look at the prices and quality and readjust.

A buddy and I came in just before midnight on a Saturday hoping to get some food in before the night continued. We luckily snagged a waiter and he told us to place our orders quick, because the kitchen was about to close. Having worked in a kitchen before, I wasn’t expecting anything spectaular coming out right before closing. But within ten minutes, we got a LB of the smoked buffalo wings and huge basket of fries. Both came out piping hot, crispy, and delicious. After gorging down, we proceeded to our tequila shots, but then soon left as the gaming area was full of people. I really wanted to play that pendulum ball game! Overall, this place has changed a bit since I remember(I think it’s been like 1.5 years). Was really hoping to get down on some skee-ball, but I believe that they’ve remodeled it since then. This was a night when school wasn’t in yet, so I’m sure it’s more hectic. But on a rainy Saturday Night, it was a nice spot to stop.

Went for a Moscow Mule during Happy Hour while school is out for the summer. So this place was not busy at all and had lots of seating. My Mule was good; I added Spring 44 Honey vodka. The nachos tasted good but became soaked with green chili and were inedible! The mac and chorizo bites were missing flavor! The $ 3 rib was not worth the money, but the sauce was delicious. I would go back for drinks and I want to try the tacos and Brussel sprouts next time.

Very cozy place. It was seat your self so we sat in a booth. We waited 20 minutes to place our drink order which consisted of a beer and soda. It took another ten minutes to get our drinks. There was a large party next to us, but the place wasn’t packed. After we received our drink we were greeted by 3 different servers to take our order. We ordered the chicken nachos with one server and our meals with another. The wait time for the food wasn’t bad. The nachos were very good, the chicken was smoked and plentiful. I had a chicken taco and a fish taco. The tacos were fairly small for the price but were pretty good. My wife ordered the steak salad which was pretty good. There was a very small amount of steak on it for a $ 15 salad. Of the three servers we dealt with, one was very nice(the only contact we had was when he took our dinner order) and the other two seemed like they didn’t want to be there. We were already disappointed with the service when our server didn’t give us a pen to sign the check. I went to the bar to get one and the bartender seemed unhappy that we needed a pen. By the time I received a pen, my wife tracked down the server for a pen and was given one with a look of disgust. I understand that everybody has bad nights, but this place seemed very disorganized. If the food was outstanding they probably would have received a three. Maybe we will give it another shot, I’m not sure.

Stopped in on a Saturday for the first time in over a year & I had no idea that this place had been renovated. WOW. I LOVE the new look at Boone’s. Lots of TVs, cool atmosphere, our server was fantastic, comfortable seating, good drinks, I could go on! Sampled some apps which were OK. A friend in our group was super into the Green Chili Cheese Tots. The only bad thing is that they could probably use more restrooms for the Ladies and the parking is super limited and hard to maneuver. Still worth stopping in!

I ordered barbecue wings and got wings with barbecue sauce on the side. I sent it back and got dry barbecue wings with barbecue sauce on the side. Also, where is the wide variety of wing sauce, ugh. Same old boring Boones with no attention to detail whatsoever. Blah

What a horrible experience. We took a chance on this place, there were only a few patrons on a Saturday night, we almost passed it by but decided to go in and get a drink and bite to eat. The waitress had an attitude as soon as we sat down, and after ordering our first round of drinks proceeded to tell us «it looks like you’ve been drinking, we’ll assess the situation, but you can only have water from here on out.» We had not been drinking, we walked over from our house — sober — a few blocks away. We tried to order food but she wasn’t interested in our order. She said they had«problems» earlier in the evening and therefore, for some unknown reason, assumed we were also going to be a problem for her. We are 30 year old professionals who own a home in the neighborhood and have never caused a problem in a bar/restaurant our entire lives. We will never return to this establishment and will tell everyone we know in the neighborhood how poorly they treat their customers to ensure this place improves or goes out of business. It wasn’t just the waitress– the manager came over and was an even bigger A-hole to us. He has no customer service skills whatsoever. Really disappointed, I wanted this place to succeed.

4 of us Arizonans met here for lunch since we were all in town for the holiday weekend. PROS: –Manager was very accommodating, we had a mix up and he bought us the first round of drinks –knowledgeable manager on what to order and was very attentive to us –cheese board was tasty with great selection of cheeses and berries –french cocktail was very light and delicious CONS: –the boys shared the smoked wings but they were rather small –mac and cheese was pumped up but was underwhelming– it was penne pasta and was very average –sweet potato fries were too large –server was average, manager stood out more Would visit again to watch a game but will try Atticus next door(was closed when we were there)
