This Boost store has the best store I have ever been too. unlike what that one other person has said. I have never had any bad experiences at Boost ever at least not the one in Denver. They are always nice and friendly and very helpful in all ways and I will continue to go there. THANKYOUBOOSTMOBILE.

My wife and daughter had told me horror stories of the terrible customer service in this store, but on 1÷3÷14 I got to experience it for my self. I walk in and the woman behind the counter is BS’n with a customer. I wait for aprox. 10 minutes before the conversation ends. She makes no offer to help me. I had to tell her I wanted a new Boost phone I got for Christmas activated and all data transferred from my old Boost phone to the new one. She informs me it will be a $ 15 service charge to do this. I ask why explaining these are Boost phones and I am a Boost customer and have been for over 5 years. She says it does not matter because the phone was not bought in that store. Really??? Just because the phone was not bought in that store your going to screw me out of $ 15? I profanely informed her she was not getting $ 15 from me for something that I could go home and do online for free. There is also a sign in the store that says if you make a payment on your account in the store there is a $ 3.60 service charge! Again something you can do on your phone or on line for free. What happened to customer service??? Now its lets see how much extra money we can screw the customer out of. The woman behind the counter badly needs a to be retrained in customer service or find a job elsewhere. I’ll never step foot in this store again.
