not a great location. besides slow service and everything people have said, I got food poisoning here last night! I know these things happen sometime, but definitely not going back to this chipotle.

These people need to slow down and listen… They ALWAYS mess up the order and when you have to go back because they did, there is NEVER an apology. Terrible customer service, even when the manager is right there.

One of the most inconsistent Chipotle’s in the metro area. Rice tends to be undercooked and the chicken is over cooked.

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had.
It started off fine as they were waiting for new chicken to be prepped, but the employee responsible starting talking about something unrelated and went to ask the manager before cutting the chicken. There was a line and two ladies in front of me were also waiting for chicken. The manager started talking to the girl instead and seemed oblivious to the line and customers. Another woman putting together orders asked again for the chicken.
My burrito was rolled poorly and this lady couldn’t have cared less. I ordered a chicken fajita and it tasted OK but was falling apart from the beginning.
The best part of the experience was the cashier who was efficient.
Sad to write a 1 star review but Chipotle at 29th really fell below the bar.

The crew keeps the line moving, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the food is killer as usual. It’s another great Chipotle!

Over cooked, squishy rice. Unsalted chips. Bland guacamole. The first burrito from chipotle I’ve had to add salt to make it edible. I’ve been to this location a few times and the service seems to deteriorate, with a new kid learning to roll the burritos each time. I’ll drive out of my way to get Chipotle next time.

I was affronted by a very rude employee from this restaurant only to find out he was actually the manager. I was heading there to meet a friend but we went elsewhere after such a rude encounter!
