Was there for NYE2015. The place is small but clean and nice upscale crowd. Not the best New Years Party, but had a good time.

Worst new years ever. Paid $ 1200 for bottle service and never received any bottles. Awful service. Never going back.

What a nightmare. Stay far far away from this place. Doormen are thieves and the crowd is pure trash. If you feel like getting mugged and robbed an your way to the bathroom please feel free to frequent chloe.

Drinks are good, and fairly priced. Good music and place is also pretty clean. Best thing about this place is, they have different sections for people who want to dance and people who want to sit and enjoy drinks. However, as I’ve found out after couple of visits, not a lot of people are fond of this place. It always seem pretty dead to me, not sure if that’s how Denver’s clubs are, or there are better places.

A bit slow when I went, but good music, good bar tenders and the people there were fun! I’ll be back.

Possibly the worst bar in Denver. If you have no dignity, you should go here. As soon as the clock strikes one, the bouncers will corral you out, as though you are a cattle — expect to be manhandled. There is usually a cover charge/prepayment for drinks that guys are required to make if they wish to get in on a weekend. During one occasion, they did not stamp my wrist and charged me twice when I wanted to reenter. You will have to wait a loooong time to receive the bartenders’ attention and they will mostly treat you no better than a cash cow.

Horrible Service, Way Overpriced, and to top it off we had an event planned ther for months, people came from the east and west coasts to just be turned away. Our Artists were not allowed to perform. #NotatChloe

This was a fun place to go on a Friday night. It gets really packed. I would say the general age category is young working professional, post-college to early 30s. Music mix is somewhere between hip hop, Top 40, and electronic dance. If you only really like one category, it doesn’t quite work, but you can’t win them all, I guess. For the bros, I noticed that girls were pretty attractive here. The occasional girl slummin’ in t-shirt and flip flops, but most ladies had something nice on and enjoyed dancing. People watching, as with any club, is fantastic here. I’ve never been called«bae» in my entire life until Labor Day in Denver by a white boy, nor have I seen so many guys try to make«sexy faces» at you when walking by. I thought the staff is incredible. Great bartenders and LOVE the bouncers. Really great people that I would totally bake cookies for anytime since they are so nice! :P One of the bouncers(coolest guy everrrr– Julian) broke up a fight and was so classy about the whole thing without things getting ugly at all. Someone said that they waited in an hour long line even though it was 3 guys and 5 girls. I can’t validate the experience since I was just with my adorable amiga, and they let us through within 30 seconds. Making folks wait sounds exactly like Vegas though, even if no one is inside. I think it’s a marketing strategy… This place gets knocked down two stars because it is HOT in the dance room even when it is empty. The ceiling is relatively low compared to other clubs, and once the bodies start packing in, it gets uncomfortable really, really fast. The other con is the bathroom. I don’t know what genius decided it was a good idea to have three stalls and two sinks when girls are trying to press their fake eyelashes back on while the line of people trying to wash their hands grows. It was fun though, and I would go back. =)

The highlight of this place has to be the patio. The main dance floor is a bit crowded and although I loved the music inside. the music outside was just as good. With more room to dance. The patio is what grabbed our attention. The security was super nice to us… and the drinks were nice and balanced. Meaning… they were strong enough to taste the alcohol. .but not overpowering and still yummy! I’m here for another month. possibly longer. me and my girlfriends will definitely be back!

This looks like a high end bar gone wrong on a Saturday night. If you take away all the people and just look at the décor itself, it’s a nice place that seems like it’s meant for young professionals or the more mature & classy crowd. You need to be dressed up and nicely to get in, so obviously they have standards. Mature and classy is not how I would describe the crowd. Early 20s, dressed skanky and therefore NOT classy. There was a group of kids next to us, a couple of the girls were giving the dudes on the couch lap dances… eh. I think this speaks for itself.

BEWAREBEWARE! Spend your money elsewhere. Bouncers made my group of 3 guys and 5 girls wait in line for an hour and the club was empty. The bouncers suck. The music sucks. The cover is ridiculous.

A line to get in, and no one was inside… huh? Places like Chloe make Denver extremely disappointing. This«club»(that term applies very loosely here) would be appropriate in a really small town in Wisconsin. Denver is not that small. Kick it up a notch.

Tonight some friends and I were going to try this place out for dinner and some drinks however we were so upset by what we saw out front of the restaurant we never would want to step inside. So we are driving in-front of the restaurant and are stopped at the light. Two chin-straped men walk out the front door and straight up to a person relaxing on the sidewalk(full disclosure could be homeless). Right away and began to yell, and I mean yell like they were going to kill this person. Go… Now… Go! It was so absurd I decided to roll my window down and I said, «hey be nice, guys!» The guy then turned and said, «Or What!» like he now wanted to kill me!!! Yelling at me as I pulled away with traffic, starring me down with an evil glare! I couldn’t believe this was the way this restaurant acts towards the world. These were managers, the people who run this place, I’m sad that these type of people represent our state. Don’t go here, truth is you’re not safe around these people! These people don’t deserve your business!

I went there for a friend’s birthday. It’s a beautiful space filled with young, privileged, white kids with attitude. Need I say more? I will never go back.

I happen to be walking past this place and the music sucked me in. Good thing because when I ordered a drink Ross, my bartender, told me its free… my favorite word. Here I am thinking I’m special but supposedly Ross says they do this every Wednesday and throw me a shot of my favorite, Irish Whiskey. The place was HUGE with a patio and bar outside and another room for clubbing on the weekend I’m definitely going back.

We stopped by for a drink after dinner before it ramped up into discothèque mode, which was probably a good move. The bartenders all looks like they were part of a boy band; the blonde, the black guy, the brown one, and they were all very sharply dressed. Too bad none of them knew how to make a dirty martini. Other than that this was a cool vibe and I liked how the slick bar area opened up practically to the street, but it gave us a chance to peer out into the Denver streets.

If you are not a hot girl that looks like a «streetwalker» GOODLUCKTOYOU! 1. Hard to get in if your a guy. 2. Rude staff 3. Charge way to much for drinks. 4.Music sucks. 5. Way to many cool bar/clubs in Denver to be wasting your time at Chloe. :-)

I’m not really sure what so many reviewers have against this place but hey, to each their own! I for one have an excellent time whenever I go to Chloe. It is my designated«girls’ night» venue and never disappoints. The venue is what’d you expect from a swanky place with cool lighting, minimalist seating, and textural designs. I love the glass encased fireplaces in the lounge area. They are really cool and provide a fun trompe l’oeil. The separation of the lounge and club areas allows guests to mingle where they want to and helps to manage lines at all the bars in the venue. The place is crowded though, which I really don’t mind. I feel like it would be worse if it wasn’t crowded-awkward! I have gone to Chloe for bottle service and have gone without. I like bottle service for the obvious reasons-you get a place to sit, your drinks come to you, and you have a place to put your stuff. Even if you don’t get bottle service, you came to club to dance-right? So dance and don’t worry about sitting down! The people watching here is golden. The crowd never disappoints and is a mixed bag of people. Make sure you dress to impress, it does help you with the door and getting club access. I know they serve food until 10:00pm, I haven’t tried anything but everything I have seen looks great! Drinks aren’t over the top expensive, I would say about average for a nice place downtown. The drinks are tasty as well, not overly strong and tasting like straight alcohol but certainly not weak! I like the DJ, perhaps I just have bad music if you ask the other reviewers. I love to dance with my girls and I like that they play top 40 remixes rather than the droning beat of constant techno. Chloe is fun, sexy, and a great place to go for a fabulous night out!

HORRIBLEDJ = HORRIBLEMUSIC = GOELSEWHERE When I moved here from Los Angeles, I had high hopes for Chlóe and the other Lotus clubs. And I would give this place 4 or 5 stars if it wasn’t for their terrible DJ. He, and he alone, has made me decide to give up on Chlóe. The DJ really makes or breaks a club, so as much as I love the bartenders and servers and bouncers here, I am now done. What good is ladies’ night with a cool theme and free drinks until midnight if you’re dreading every song the DJ puts on? Nor does he ever honor requests, even though he nods and says that yes, he’ll play your song. I know that DJ’s have a set they’ve put together and they want to be able to do their own thing, but even in Hollywood they’re not such assholes about it. I know music, and nothing I ask for is old or bad or weird. It’s all new, popular songs that most people love — which makes me think he doesn’t play what people ask for out of spite, and so they won’t try to request anything again. I DON’T SAYTHISAFTERJUSTONEBADNIGHT. I go to Chlóe with my friends pretty much once a week, either on Thursday night ladies’ night — or on a Friday or Saturday. My friends and I are all some sort of dancers(competitive ballroom, salsa performers, trained in hip-hop etc). And yet, we repeatedly find ourselves completely put out by the music and not wanting to dance to even one more crappy song without words, with the same techno base beat. After the 3rd or 4th night like that, we’re giving up. Seriously Chlóe, step it up. As someone who’s lived in big cities her entire life and never even owned a pair of non-designer cowboy boots, I can honestly say I now prefer Cowboy Lounge to here.

Great for lounging. A giant %@#$-show after 10PM. Chloe attempts to ‘own’ the story-driven boutique-y nightclub scene by delivering an experience catered towards the older, successful crowd while emulating a classy New York experience in the heart of downtown Denver. It’s hard to review places like this, especially if you’ve been to both«sides of their story.» During the day, you have friendly waiters and reasonable happy hour prices(as for drinks… their Moscow Mule is something I’d surely come back for), but at night when the discoteque opens up, the ugly side rears its head. That is, unless you get the excessively overpriced bottle service(which is a tiny booth curated by a less than attentive staff), you will probably never get in if you are of the male sex. Surely this might change once the hype dies down, but even if you’ve gained VIP access, chances are they will ‘lose the list’ and you will not get in. Of course, if you’re a girl, the scenario switches and you’re granted instant access(although I have seen them send older women away, which is kind of messed up IMHO). All in all, if you were expected something absolutely breathtaking and different from what you’ve seen in Denver already, don’t expect it coming from Chloe. Their lounge area hits the right vibe during the daytime, but arrogant night-time management, clueless security, and despicable sexist and ageist methods of ‘curating the crowd’ leaves a sick taste my mouth. Try again Chloe, try again.
