I called 4 days ago and set up an appointment for today. They didn’t show up so I called them to see what’s up. I was told that Joe would call me, he called and said he could come tomorrow. I said I already had an appointment for this morning between 9-noon. He said he couldn’t do that. He said the owner/manager knew of my appointment, but he couldn’t do it. He was very rude, interrupting me and being argumentative. I would not recommend this company. They could have called me to reschedule before today! I only gave a 1 rate because I had no choice.

Just said goodbye to Joe and his assistant Dave. Started with a simple call and QA from Joe. He understood that I had looked at the code on my furnace and gave me an estimate over the phone and would be out within 45 minutes. Great Service! Understood my furnace and went straight to the problem area, replace the small fuse and did a quick inspection. Buttoned-up the furnace, wrote a check, asked if I could get some ideas on heating my basement… And they were off to solve the next heating problem. They did the job professionally and with experience. Thanks Joe and Dave.

I requested HVAC service online from a company and Climate Pro called within minutes. We set a time for them to come out within a few hours. I had a CO2 detector that was going off and I thought I had a huge furnace issue. Brenton was great. He didn’t try to sell me a new furnace that I didn’t need. He repaired the issue quickly and very inexpensively. As a Realtor in Denver, I will recommend Brenton and Climate Pro to all of my clients and peers. Thank you for being an honest and trustworthy company.
