I needed to kill some time in this part of town, and this seemed like a good location. I found parking nearby, and set up in one of the spaces oriented towards laptop users. Other than the event that swelled and overwhelmed my personal space, I had a good experience. I had a solidly decent latte and a killer Smoked Turkey & Pepper Jack sandwich(with Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato, & Chipotle Aioli on Foccaccia). This sandwich was one of the best things I ate that week and I would definitely order it again. Service was good.

I brought my aunts here while they were visiting me in Denver. First of all the guy taking my order had no idea how to work his iPad register. 2nd he didn’t heat up my sandwich and when he did bring it out, he took my number so the guy bringing out my coffee didn’t know where to find me. Then my aunts Americano comes out and it’s cold! When she goes back to tell them she wants hot coffee the girl behind the counter argues with her that the milk is cold and that’s why the coffee is cold. Then my aunt tells her to make a hot one and as soon as she turns around I see the the employees making faces and talking smack about her. For such expensive coffee that isn’t even that good you’d think they would have excellent customer service but no!

First time here and the wet cappuccino I ordered was super tasty! I’m here mid day on a Friday and there is about 25 people here and the place isn’t that loud which is cool — I’ll think about this place if I need a place to chill and work

It looked lil but it was pretty filling– We got a 5% discount for being in(five points) location so that was cool– I heard there coffee is pretty good so next time I will see there take on that–

Don’t do many coffee houses but this was the best. Totally legit and definitely worth a visit(so much so I am writing my first Unilocal review… although I am in Denver).

I have group meetings here, and it works well for our needs. Good food and drink menu, plenty of space, friendly staff, and even a parking garage next door! They have a beer and wine license as well, if you’re looking for that, and are open till 10 on weeknights, so you can have dinner here. My only issue was the sandwiches seemed a bit small for the money, though they were tasty. Drinks are always freshly made and everyone there has been very welcoming to our group. This is a re-emerging Denver neighborhood so come check this place out if you’re in the area.

I’ve been here twice in 2 days and I love the place! Centrally located, great décor and wonderful ambiance. And the food is divine. I had the turkey & sweet corn soup and a lovely smoked turkey sandwich(yes, I like mah turkey, a lot!) I asked for bacon and they were super generous which is perfect way to win me over. :) Today I came in for breakfast & was beyond thrilled to see the sign that said«Two For One Mimosas & Bloody Mary’s» I mean… HELLO! Talk about Sunday Funday. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because some of the staff is a little green and didn’t seem to know all the ins and outs of offers(such as a discount when I checked in on Unilocal). But if I could give 4.9 stars … i WOULD!

Love this place. Warm, personal, great staff & food. Lots of fun events & they really go out of their way to get involved in community. I moved into the neighborhood recently & with so many great coffeeshops nearby this stands out as my favorite.

Great coffee. Awesome gelato. Staff is very friendly and goes the extra mile. I wish they had more pastry options but the sandwiches are good.

@Coffee_ThePoint Stiff and goodly iced Americano! #coffee This is a great coffee shop. A fine coffee shop. A perfectly placed coffee shop right in historic Five Points. It is a revitalizing bastion of awesomeness. An ultra modern facility with friendly staff, they have a very spacious and air conditioned indoors. Out of doors there is a large patio for people watching and beverage sipping. It is a great place to get work done. Or just hang out. The iced Americano was strong and gave me a nice caffeine zip. I tried the pumpkin spice bread and it was moist and tasted of pumpkin. And spice. Wonderful. I have been here before and glad I rediscovered it again. I will return and be glad I did. You should discover it for yourself.

Free parking in an actual lot?! I’m sold! Coffee at the Point is one of those neighborhood coffee spots that you just feel at home. They host game nights & some other special events from time to time. I don’t think I’ve had a bad coffee since I started stopping by a while ago. Unpretentious customer service at its finest. This little shop doesn’t take itself too seriously and I love it for that.

I really wanted to like Coffee at the Point because they have a nice space. But the coffee is subpar, the gelato is meh, and their wifi SUCKS. It is SO terrible. Still, it was a nice space and they bill their café as somewhere the community can come. But not ALL of the community is welcome at Coffee at the Point. A group of local activists who just wanted to buy coffee and talk about their interests(demilitarization and dismantling police structures and what that would look like) is not welcome there. I am not one of the people who goes to the Sunday morning coffee chats, but I am in solidarity with those who went. I will not support a business that does not support their entire community.

I’ve been here a few times before, lulled back by the special attention to their baked goods, menu items, and of course their coffee. Today was no different, except that I’m not writing about their cup of joe. As I took a seat, they delivered my latte to me — different from other coffee joints, the extra steps to bring me my order matters. It says they’ll do a little more for me and I dig that. But what really impressed me? A man walks in, looking much like a derelict, talking to himself. The staff reaction? They greeted him, warmly. They took his order, patiently keying in on his responses to them and instead of ignoring him, they ignored the words which made no sense. As quickly as he arrived, he left, with coffee in hand. No judgement leading to tense interaction. Just a charming bit of service-the same delightful service everyone receives. That’s remarkable to me. There are two coffee joints off of 6th I frequent quite often, but as good as their coffee is the hipster baristas are too cool to consider service-much less deliver it. Point, I live nowhere near you, but I’d choose you every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Thank you for caring about service as much as your coffee.

Great corner coffee shop and so convenient when going to see a play next door at the Crossroads Theater-you can take your items inside. Morgan was our server and we had a few minutes before Happy Hour ended at 7pm so we were able to get $ 1 off each glass of wine. It is a cozy place where you can drink coffee, have sandwiches, and plenty of areas to sit inside and outside. Free covered parking which is always a plus in my book!

The hubs and I came here for a pre«historic homes of Curtis Park tour» cup of coffee/tea. Of course after we came we found out we could have gotten a discount with our tour ticket. Ah well, I digress. I ordered the chai with soy milk with two options of sweet or spicy. Spicy isn’t something I normally think of with chai until she explained it was ginger for the spice. I wanted something not terribly sweet so that’s what I ordered. Seriously delicious stuff happening here. Probably the best chai I’ve had aside from in an Indian restaurant. The hubs got a latte that he very much enjoyed. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how incredibly nice everyone was. They brought our drinks out from behind the bar and said, «Let me know how you enjoy your drink.» Brilliant customer service.
