My wife and I loved this store. Too bad it closed or moved, not sure which one. If anyone knows, please contact me on here.

Sadly I love this store but the employees are quite rude. Accidentally dropped a candle and when the employee came over she said she would put it up front for me. Yes It was my fault but never have I had a store make me pay for for something that was broken. Not only did I experience this today at the Cherry Creek location I have also had issues when they were at Flatirons Mall. I have made many purchases because I love there stuff and they carry my favorite candle. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything else which I would have if they had been a little understanding and realized accidents happen!

Overly priced and the quality is cheap.

Cute merchandise, but buyers beware. I purchased a bracelet last month. The second or third time I wore it, the silver flower embellishment attached to the top of the bracelet popped off. I wasn’t doing anything strenuous, in fact, I was just filling a water bottle. I brought it back in today and asked if I could get it fixed or exchange it for the same bracelet. I was told that without a receipt there was«nothing» they could do. Obviously, I didn’t keep the receipt for a piece of that I liked and wore — honestly, who would? It’s a very unique bracelet and it’s completely obvious that it came from Cozy Cottage, yet they wouldn’t help me repair it or exchange it. I would expect this from a low-end, tacky store — not from the looks of this place. I recommend shopping at one of the other very cute and unique boutiques outside the mall that are much more customer friendly.

Cozy Cottage is a fairly new home-goods store in Cherry Creek Mall. My boyfriend and I stumbled in one night after eating dinner at California Pizza Kitchen. The layout of the store is very creative and well done, there are lots of locally made products that they sell, and many items are not outrageously expensive like in other stores that sell comparative home furnishing/décor. I could have spend hours browsing through everything they had — lots of nooks and crannies of items. I ended up buying a 4-pack of apple spiced votive candles that smell phenomenal(not artifical like some other candles) and burn for a long time.
