Dairy Queen

long wait in drive thru. asked us 3 times what we had ordered while the high school employees were talking about Gucci. handed us our stuff without saying a word and no bag.

I always order the same thing at every Dairy Queen, coffee/​cappuccino Heath blizzard. I’ve been to countless D. Q’s and never had any issue. The young guy didn’t understand and chose to ignore us while we were in the drive through. We asked if we could speak to the other person he was working with, he said yes and then proceeded to ignore us more! We ended up driving off. No respect and no care.

Came in the drive thru and ordered a double fudge cookie dough blizzard with extra cocoa fudge. First of all, we waited at the menu board for about 5 minutes just to take my order. Once the kid handed me my blizzard it was watery and did not look right. I worked at dairy queen for almost a year and I’m pretty sure I know what a double fudge cookie dough blizzard looks like. Instead of putting cocoa fudge they put cone dip. Cone dip is usually hot and gritty when blended into the ice cream which is exactly what it looked and tasted like. I called and for some reason there was no manager there supervising the employees and the kid argued with me saying that he personally made the blizzard himself and that he was sure it was double fudge. I’m completely irritated and will not be returning. Anyone working there should know the difference between cocoa fudge and cone dip.

The WORST DQ I have ever been to. Got my order in the drive through wrong, drove back to get it fixed, and when I arrived home realized they got the second time around wrong as well. They are extremely slow and clearly don’t know how to take orders. Awful.

A little bit of a wait because only one Guy was working. Very friendly. Its open til 10pm. Lots of seating and its clean.

This particular DQ was very spacious and clean. Staff was nice and would give recommendation if you ask. I used coupons toward my purchases and they were patient and kept a smiling face!
