After posting this review and filing a complaint with the BBB, I got a call from the NEWOWNER of Denver Discount Mattress, Cam. He apologized for the service I received on my initial visit and offered to do whatever it took to make it better. My fiancé and I went down to the store. I believe the same people were there to help. In fact, Mike, the manager, remembers talking to us about it. Though we weren’t able to get exactly what we wanted, it was still a much different experience all the way around. We got to select a new mattress and received free delivery and pick-up of the old mattress, only paying for the difference in the first selection and second. I appreciate Cam’s responsiveness, even six months after our original purchase. The mattresses are still wrapped in plastic but you get a good price and the delivery people were very clean, the truck was very clean, the experience was very positive. Thank you, Cam! I can sleep in bed again!
