I dropped off my nail gun on Tuesday and they told me it would be 2 weeks until I could pick it up. I got a call the next day saying it was ready. When I went in to pick it up, the tech came out and explained everything to me and they were very helpful and friendly.

I dropped my stereo off here about two weeks ago luckily it was still under warranty they called me when it was ready came back to pick it up and didn’t have any kind of problems there was a new girl that couldn’t find my name but that’s just understandable when your new! I plugged it in and it seems to work fine even cleaned it up for me! Overall they could’ve gotten it done a bit faster but I’m just glad to have it back.

I dropped my mom’s scroll saw off a couple of weeks ago. The lady we talked to(I believe her name is Taylor) was very nice and understanding about the situation. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Taylor calls Mom to tell her the saw is ready. Mom tells her that Dad will come and get it, but he may not get there before 5pm. She said that’s fine, just have him call if he gets into traffic because someone is usually there until 5:20 or so. Dad called and said he would be a few minutes late because he was coming down from Fort Collins and hit traffic. The guy he talked to said«The store closes at 5.». When Dad got there, the lights were off but the door wasn’t fully locked. So he waited. A guy came to the door and said that the computers were shut down so they couldn’t print an invoice or run a credit card. Then he tried to say that he couldn’t find the saw. Taylor took over, taking the credit card information and gave Dad the saw. The two stars are for Taylor and her great customer service.

Staff — not so friendly. Had lawn mower repaired. Repair work was fine. But learning to smile and help your customers would be appreciated.
