My husband stopped in there today to buy a hunting tag at 9am and the DOW was having issues several times throughout the day. They have limited selection and pretty high prices. Not to mention they sell crap. Bought a brannd New fishing reel based on employee reccomendation and it sucks! Would rather use a kids Barbie fishing reel!

Fly Fishing can be super intimidating for the uninitiated, such as myself. Fly Fishing shops can be somewhat elitist in personality as well. These guys are awesome, and take the pretention out of the whole thing super quickly. Very friendly, informative, and really willing to teach and help get you setup within your budget. Can’t recommend them enough!

An old guy’s delight of attic inspired dusty chaos. If they don’t have it, you don’t need it! They are very knowledgeable, speak fishing, and have a surprisingly large fly fishing section. This is the other end of the spectrum from Orvis and other boutique fancy pants stores with good prices on a wide range of gear for all types of fishing. Worth a visit.
