It’s really a hit and miss with this one. Sometimes I love it(like tonight) but sometimes it’s not good at all. I do keep going back tho, so that’s a plus right

On a Saturday afternoon, I ordered the 2 for $ 5.99 deal, 1 buffalo chicken sandwich and 1 medium thin crust diced tomatoes and chicken. I wanted to substitute the bleu cheese for ranch on my chicken sandwich and since that option was not available online I called in immediately right after I placed my order. They wanted to charge me $ 1.08 to do that, and since that is ridiculous I asked to have the bleu cheese on the side, and wouldn’t you know, they wanted to charge me $ 1 for that as well… So I told them to forget about it. It took more than 1 hour from when I got off the phone to deliver the pizza, I assure you this is the last time I order from here

First time in Denver. Had an extremely long travel day with family. After arriving to our hotel, we just wanted to order a pizza and go to bed. I called the first«open late» pizza place that I found on Unilocal,which was Domino’s. I called the first number I saw, and I was directed to contact this location due to where our hotel was. I attempted to call this store two times without anyone picking up(ringing 7 or 8 times and then being hung up on/disconnected). I then called the original number back(since I actually spoke to a human being) and was again told to call the other store since it was closer to my location. As before, no one answered and not even an automated computer voice said«Someone will be right with you, we’re serving other customers» for me to know that I could still place an order. I then called back to the first location and was told. «You couldn’t get a hold of them? Our manager is calling them right now… oh, they can’t get in touch with them either. Well, you need to try to mobile app and order that way.» So, I therefore tried to download this app to order a pizza, and it would not install/open. Exhausted and still hungry, I called the original number back and was told«Well, we close in 5 minutes». I responded that it wasn’t my fault that the other store(that was in my area) didn’t do their job and I should be able to call and speak to someone to order food for myself and my family from a well established company throughout the United States. In the end, my one topping pizza and side of cheese sticks will now cost me at least double what is should, and I’ll still waiting. I gave it a one star rating, because I don’t think 0 is an option. Awful customer service. I WILLNEVERORDERFROMDOMINO’S EVERAGAIN.

I’ve ordered delivery from here several times and I’ve never received anything but fast, courteous service and hot, fresh pizza. They have a super cool tracker so you can follow your pizza when you order online. They even offer gluten free crust(although the price is a little steep), which is great for us gluten frree peeps when we can’t or don’t feel like driving anywhere or cooking. I’m a fan!

I’ve ordered pizza from here before and haven’t had any issues but tonights experience has been downright terrible. I ordered my pizza at 7:40, it’s 9:00 and it just arrived. Issue #1. I called at 8:35 to find out where my pizza was and was informed that they are super busy tonight, my pizza just came out of the oven and will be on it’s way. Issue #2. I was watching with their very cool tracker online to see when it was«checked» and came out of the oven. That was at 7:50. Issue #3. My pizza arrives at 9:00pm. No apology from the driver(although perhaps he has no clue but still) I pay, tip him and come inside. My pizza isn’t even F’ING hot. It’s not even warm. So now I get to eat cold pizza after 9 at night. I’m thrilled. Issue #4. I then call the store again to complain. No one answers. It rings for 2 minutes straight. Issue #5 This girl will never be ordering Domino’s pizza again. And truly? I’m kind of bummed about it because with the change in how the pizzas are made they’re actually pretty tasty.
