After having our home inspected for sale, we found we had what seemed to be major water issues in our crawl space. We had three different companies come out for an estimate and chose Dry Otter because the plan they showed us just made since. Kevin and Lance explained exactly what needed to be done and helped us feel better about the whole situation. The day they came out to do the work they were prompt and easy to work with. Since they’ve finished their work we’ve had several other professions under the house ie, electricians, termite inspectors who have all come out saying what a great job Dry Otter did. I will happily refer them to everyone I know.
