What’s not to love! Homemade salsa that is worth actually buying a pint, amazing pork green chili anything, atmosphere that blows away the neighbors, waterfall in a tranquil courtyard with glittering lights and trees. Gorgeous terracota walls, wonderful service even when slammed. They actually will go on a two hour wait on first Friday’s. Hint. Go early, put your name on the list with the hostess, they will let you go view the art and text you when the table is ready! You must try the else noa noa special. Enjoy!

This has to be the worst Mexican food I have ever had in my life. I just find it puzzling how someone can be of Latin descent and screw up the food of their own country. I had a pork burrito and the meat was like rubber. Not edible. I told the waiter but they did nothing about it and still charged me for it even though I barely touched it. Then on top of that I ordered a Strawberry Margarita and actually expected Strawberries in it like they are made in California. But no. What I got was some over the top sweet syrup, not a strawberry in sight, and the drink was just gross. My friend had a chicken enchilada and apparently had made a better choice than I did, because she said that it was okay. Not great, just okay. The only good thing about the place was the patio. It was charming.

I’m in between 2 and e stars here, if I could I would give it 2 and half. THe reason is that I HAVE had better but their fish tacos really were amazing. We just thought it was kind of pricey for the quality of food. We had to pay for chips and salsa and for pico de gallo that we wanted to enjoy with our dinner. At most Mexican restaurants these things are free. So if you like sea food and you end up here get the fish tacos they really are worth it. The other dish we ordered were the Camarones Al Mojo de Ajo which is supposed to be garlic grilled shrimp but the problem was that they tasted NOTHING like garlic, not even a little bit. We told our server and he said that it depends on who is working in the kitchen on how much garlic is on the shrimp. We thought this a lame excuse but we really enjoyed the tacos and decided that if we go there again we both would order the fish tacos and two margaritas no chips and salsa thank you!
