Endodontics of Cherry Creek

Not an auspicious start. I arrived at 7:40am for a 7:45am appointment and wasn’t seen until 8:30am. While I understand that ‘things happen’ I find it hard to believe a well staffed office can get that far behind that early in the morning.
I was initially seen by a staff member that was quite obviously new to the position and still learning the ropes so I was still a bit skeptical about how the rest of the visit was going to go.
After a few rounds with initial x-​rays I was introduced to Dr. Jesus Machado. I will have to say I was very impressed from that point onward.
Dr. Machado is articulate, precise and very professional. He’s pretty fast paced but will stop at any point and clearly answer your questions. Come prepared with your questions because I didn’t have a lot of time to sit and contemplate my questions.
Being fast paced and with a large staff scheduling was remarkably easy. They were able to schedule me almost immediately which was a pleasant surprise.
This was my first root canal and I’ll have to say it went better than I would have expected.
Again, things moved along quickly but Dr. Machado is obviously very, very good at what he’s doing and again he will stop and explain anything if you need him to. Expect a NASCAR pit crew type speed and efficiency during the procedure.
I was in and out in less than an hour and a half and had zero pain throughout the procedure. I never needed anything more than a few ibuprofen in the 24 hours after the root canal.
I can easily say that it was well worth seeking out the specialists at Endodontics of Cherry Creek and will most definately recommend and utilize their services in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish, Dr. Sachs and staff are as professional and caring as it gets. Zero pain root canal, if I need another I will be back.

My expierence was unfortunately horrible. My dentist was great but the girl that was helping him (assistant) was very rude. She kept speaking over me when I expressed concerns and had questions. She wasn’t communicating with me when she needed to gain access to my mouth. She just pryed open my mouth with her instruments instead of simply explaining the next step. That wasn’t even the worst of it all. My appointment was at 9:30 am and the girl that went by Marlo smelled of alcohol. I was very uneasy putting my dental health in her hands. Just look out for a girl named Marlo that was very rude and had a HUGE EGO .That is all. I’d suggest getting an appointment after noon so she will hopefully be sober enough to provide quality care by then.

Wow, super surprised by the service and billing here. Not only was my root canal botched (cracked in half) during the procedure, but they ended up charging me hundreds of dollars more than was originally quoted. It was a huge mistake choosing this practice with my mouth procedure.

My awful mouth ache led me to look up a specialist for root canals. I chose this location without looking into it, and I am so so so glad I came here. Dr. Morrison, her assistants, and the front desk staff are all so happy and helpful. I called in the morning and they got me in that same day. Once Dr. Morrison saw my situation, she was willing to work on my mouth after the office closed that same day so I didn’t have to have one more night in pain. How kind and thoughtful is that?! This is THE place to go if you just need someone to help your awful teeth/​tooth pain — I definitely recommend it.
Don’t be dismayed by the building the office is located inside of — they are in need of a renovation, but the office itself is nice.

I would highly recommend this practice and Dr. Alison Morrison to anyone! My experience was 5 star or better — the absolute best! Dr. Morrison and her team (Val and Cassandra) were truly wonderful… gentle, kind, caring and professional and took the time to assure my complete comfort throughout the treatment. The office staff were also great to deal with and really cared about my visit. Overall it was a truly excellent experience!

This is one of those times, where I would gladly give a 6 star rating if I could. I was referred to Dr. Sachs by my dentist. I had major work done by her today, and from my appointment last week and today found her to be top notch! She is very patient centered, and a great communicator! You can tell all the staff has the utmost respect for her as well. All around a really pleasant experience. This is the Dr. to see if you have had bad experiences in the past.

Great job on a apicoectomy that needed to be done on one of my teeth where the root canal wasn’t done well (by another endodontist in another group). Very caring and honest about everything, and very accommodating with scheduling. Pricing was upfront and actually came in less than anticipated (my insurance didn’t cover it). They also take Care Credit with 6 months free of interest if necessary. All and all, it was an easy and quick. Great, compassionate and helpful staff and endonsist. I would definitely go back if, knock on wood, I needed any future oral surgery.

From the warm and competent front desk staff, to the more-​than-​capable dental techs, to Dr. Maloney, everyone at this place was just fabulous. Pain-​free root canals? Who knew? I’ve had multiple root canals in past years, but Dr. Maloney provided pain-​free services! Yes, the shots pinched (for just a second or two), but other than that I everything went well. I’ll definitely be going back as the need arises.

My NYC dentist set up an emergency appointment with this office, and the service was professional, honest, and appreciated.

This office is amazing at what they do. I was in and out within two hours and most of all they helped me save my tooth! I would highly suggest them to everyone. Having a referral is key to sliding right in. Bravo and thank you Dr. Jultak!!!

How do you give a root canal 5 stars? I would say it is like giving a funeral home five stars. Just something you have to do.
I can’t say it was fun or filled with hilarity. But, it was way better than I thought it was going to be!
I can say that I really liked Dr. Maloney. I did ask him why he chose a life of root canals (:
I highly recommned them, they approved my insurance ahead of time so I knew every dime I was going to spend.

I just saw Dr. Alison Morrison at the DTC office today for my first root canal. I have heard horror stories about root canals, so I was a bit apprehensive. However, Dr. Morrison and her staff were so awesome throughout the whole procedure. They explained everything very well, and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was relatively painless, and although there is pain after then numbing wears off, that is to be expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Alison and her staff for any endodontic procedure! Very Professional, but also very caring and empathetic.

I got referred to Endodontics of Cherry Creek by my Dentist because of severe pain in one of my teeth. I was taking 12 Ibuprofen per day and couldn’t sleep through the night anymore. The office staff and Dr Pangborn were very friendly, but even after taking x-​rays he couldn’t really tell what was going on with my tooth. He recommended getting a root canal therapy. The whole examination didn’t take longer than a couple of minutes, which is a little frustrating when you have to pay $ 140 for the exam and a whopping $ 1100 for the actual treatment.
The worst thing was though, that I had to wait 12 days for my appointment! (Note that I had severe pain and was taking way over 2000mg Ibupofen per day).
The practice itself is very old and doesn’t seem up to date with the latest technologies. They also do not have private rooms, you basically sit in a booth while getting your treatment and people constantly walk by which makes you feel you are in a waiting hall.
I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and don’t mind old school offices. At that time I just moved here and didn’t know any better.

These guys are great. These guys carried themselves very professionally while I was under the drill. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time. These guys did my first root canal. I was a little scared at first but these guys made it easy. I highly recommend them.

This office was able to get me in the same day I saw my dentist. I saw Dr Jultak, my root canal was painless. His staff were kind and careing. I would recommend this office for dental care any day.

I have been twice. Both times I was referred to Dr. C. Pangborn by my dentist, and both times I ended up seeing Dr. S. Maloney. My first visit was December 31^st — it was a very early appointment. Dr. Maloney was very kind, as I was an extremely high-​anxiety mess, and he took great care of me and my difficult and time consuming root canal. Plus, *he* called later in the day to see how I was feeling. Today, I saw him again for another root canal. He fit me into his busy schedule and worked with the same kindness that he did back in December. I highly recommend Dr. Maloney and this office. The staff is professional, kind, and very understanding.

Was here for my Molar Root Canal appointment after the recommendation from Dr Preet Clair of Quebec Square Family Dentistry. This was done sometime back on Tuesday June 8^th 2010.
I opt for Dr Ellen Sachs since I prefer a female doctor. I like Dr Ellen Sachs. She is approachable, friendly, gently and assuring. I like the staffs who works at this Endodontics. For Dr Ellen alone I rate 5 stars.
My only problem was the Xtray «stick» that they have to put in the mouth. It should be made smaller for people who has smaller mouth. At the end of my procedure, from the Multiple times they need to X-​Tray my inner mouth and tooth, they bruise the inner lining of my gums.
The procedure went well. My appointment was @ 08:30hrs. The procedure was done till 11:10hrs. Since this is my first visit with an Endodontics, I felt it was indeed a slight torture that took a wee long bit of my life in pain.
Yes I cant deny the Charge for the Molar Root Canal can be very expensive. Luckily we have insurance. Even with Insurance, the Root Canal procedure can be very steep to some and I can feel the pinch that cost us $ 625.00 for that Molar Root Canal procedure. Ouch!
Even after the procedure, several days later, Dr Ellen and her staffs call me to make sure I’m doing well etc etc. With the medication, Dr Ellen prescribed, things were slightly OK.
