First time here and I will be back. Had the sweet bbq wings for the lunch menu. Perfect lunch with a great atmosphere

We love this place. It’s a great scene with wonderful staff and good food. We usually get wings, tots, and get some great beer.

I’m so glad I found this place! There are many different sauces to choose from for your wings, you can taste them all before you decide. I also love their nachos, tots and sweet potato fries. What I enjoy besides the food is the atmosphere and there’s a patio area that will be nice to hang out at on those sunny days.

Between the extremely tiny wings that are over priced and the«super cool» bartender that can’t be bothered, I am not sure if anyone is in charge. Oh, and I got sick on my third and final time here.

It seems like the wings have been getting progressively smaller since they opened. A little too smelly-hippie for my liking. Fried oreos are pretty awesome.

We just tried this today for the first time, and got an order of bone-in wings with raspberry habanero and an order of boneless wings with sweet bbq sauce. The bone-in wings were prepared great, and the raspberry sauce was excellent. The flaw was with the boneless wings. I could be wrong about this, but they sure seemed like they were store-bought, frozen wings like you’d get at Costco. They weren’t very meaty and were tough in a few bites. The vibe of the place is fun and cool. Overall we’ll probably come back again, but will skip the boneless wings.

This time last year, I would have given a 5 star review. But then they went and changed their boneless wings. WHY?! Now they are very, VERY breaded smaller chicken fingers. womp womp. I’m guessing this was a cost cutting measure? Yuck. Don’t get the boneless wings. Love the expanded and updated patio they did a while ago, still go for the chicken sandwich, sweet potato fries, regular fries, and to watch football games. Solid beer selection(I still can’t believe they had New Glarus!)

They have pretty decent buffalo wings. So many different sauces to choose from if plain-old buffalo isn’t your thing too. Their fries are flavorful and pair perfectly with their star entrée. These guys are good for take-out or have a nice space for sit-in with a fully stocked bar(with lots of beer choices as the locals would love). Keep in mind that if you are looking for something other than just chicken wings they also have a menu with salads, vegetarian options, etc.

These wings were great– fiancé was mad cause they were super small. But they were the perfect size for me. Sweet potatoes fries were decent– i like regular fries better but it’s not always about me! Nice neighborhood spot with plenty of tvs to watch all the SEC teams blow out their opponents for the bowl games :-)

What fun! We had lunch here today and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. I noticed that about 98% of the male patrons are sporting a beard and are roughly half my age. But no problem, we were treated very well. The wings are the thing here. Some very unusual sauces(mostly spicy) are available and all can be tasted prior to ordering. Delicious lemonade. Hand cut fries particularly good and crispy wings also were enjoyed. Queso sauce on the side is a plus with the fries and the tater tots. It took a good while for the wings to appear, but the wait was worth it. One of Denver’s best wing shops for sure. Great neighborhood bar feeling. Prices are on the high side, but the quality of the food and service makes you not bothered by the cost.

Absolute top tier of Denver restaurants. I have never had a bad meal here and come here as frequently as I can. There are a handful of things that sell this place to me. 1. Their spicy peanut sauce is incredible! That sauce combined with the great wing quality makes this my go-to for wings. Go bone-in by the way. It is so much better. 2. Buffalo chicken nachos! It’s easily the best nachos I’ve ever had and one of the very best things I’ve had in Denver, period. They’re on special on Fridays, absolutely worth trying. 3. They have a terrific beer selection(including my guilty pleasure, Rainier) I’ve also been with people that love the fried mushrooms. Admittedly, I wasn’t a fan of their fries or fried pickles and their tots can be a little inconsistent. I’d absolutely go with the tots every time though. Great place

This place came highly recommended to me and my friend. We decided to finally give it a try and we definitely weren’t disappointed. We each got an order of small fries and 12 wings. I love that you can try the sauces before ordering. The small fries were a really huge order, definitely could have shared. The wings, I ordered had sweet BBQ and hot. The kitchen made a mistake and did all 12 of my wings sweet BBQ. When my food came out, the guy had told me they were correcting it right away and my other 6 hot wings would be out shortly. He apologized. The food is really good and I enjoyed it. My friend enjoyed it as well. I definitely will be back. Not much to complain about good food and friendly service.

I enjoyed the wings at fire on the mountain. Yes, they were a little on the small side, but that’s perfect for me because I like them extra crispy and with a lot of sauce. I overheard someone next to me complaining about the size and management took care of the problem right away. I don’t really care that they are smaller, because like I said I like them fried with a lot of sauce. The sauces are amazing and you can try each one before you order. I will be back.

Great beer. Great wings. There really isn’t that much more to say, but I’ll give a few more details. The wings are on the smaller size so whatever you think is the right amount forget and order a few more. You’ll thank me later. Two, get the traditional wings as a part of your order. The specialty wings are good, but the originals are some of the tastiest I’ve had to date. Add that with some solid blue cheese dipping sauce and you’re in business!

Fire on the Mountain is still one of my favorite places to get veggie wings, their buffalo sauce and seitan wings are bomb. But I have noticed recently they are raising the prices, and seem to be giving lower quality service as these prices get higher which I’ve been less than happy about. They used to be very plentiful with their blue cheese, now when we get food to-go here we will sometimes go home with one blue cheese sauce for a buffalo chicken salad and twelve wings. This is not close to enough blue cheese. The next time we returned and asked for an extra one, they charged us $.50. Also the buffalo seitan used to be nicely broken up into crumbles which was perfect to mix in with their salads but it seems the consistency has changed, it’s much harder and not as easy to break up and bite. Come on Fire on the Mountain, if you’re going to keep hiking your prices and charge $ 11 for a pile of lettuce and seitan I’d at least like to see friendlier service. I can almost feel the management tightening back on any nice perks for the customers, and it isn’t pretty… or maybe unfortunately you’re just becoming a little TOO popular in Denver these days

Almost ablaze still you don’t feel the heat It takes all you got just to stay on the beat. Okay, so I have to admit I am a phan girl. If it is Phish or Grateful Dead inspired I want to go there. Take me there as soon as possible. I love the art in this place, they have a great patio and it is always packed. I tried their vegan wings, so yum! Not the best I have ever had but I would never turn down a trip up to Baker/Highlands to stop in here.

First off this is just based on cold food since whatever delivery service they use took 2 hours+ to get the food to us. I would suggest you go there to eat unless they change services or start doing their own delivery. Everything was fantastic, and I say that getting cold food. It was probably way better while still hot. The Jamaican jerk sandwich was probably my favorite with plenty of kick and a healthy slice of pineapple. The bread had a very chewy consistency which made it kind of a messy meal, but complimented the contents of the sandwich perfectly. The phunky philly pita was great too. The beef with sautéed onions and peppers popped and the chili-garlic sauce gave it a great kick too. Chili was ok, but it did have beans in it, so if that’s not your thing, just get it on your fries. They also have a fried dessert sampler that was pretty cool(fried Oreos are the best!) The food was good enough that we will probably just try to remember to send someone to get it next time instead of delivery.

Amazing wings! Good beer selection. I really like that they have all the sauces by the register so that you can taste them before you order. I like heat and this place delivers, some of the sauces are very spicy. I went medium because I was about to get on a plane. The spicy peanut was delicious! My buddy got the habanero raspberry which had a kick, and you could really taste the raspberry without it being too sweet. Wings stayed very crunchy even though covered in sauce. Wings are on the smaller side, but are from real, non hormone chickens, so I’m ok with it. The tots are decent but the fries were way better. Super crunchy reasonably thick, perfect antidote to the spice. Nice outdoor area. Good curated beer selection. If you want wings in Denver this is a good option.

Pros: Well-sourced ingredients and a knowledge of food intolerances. Kids menu and high chairs make this place family friendly! Sauces are ample and you get to try before you commit to one! Cons: noisy, even when not busy. Burger overdone, food of average quality overall. So much of the fried! I’d like more celery to balance the heaviness of my wings. At the end of the day I think this place is fine, just not my type of place. It’s best enjoyed with some beers and friends when you want to relax after work or on the weekend.
