First off I absolutely love five guys… we walked in 20 mins before closing and the girl sweeping kinda made a big deal about it, when we offering to leave she said no no I just have to talk to the guy behind the counter… so we order and I def ordered grilled onions/ketchup and got raw onions, no ketchup, didnt even ring it in… the fries– honestly I’ve never had fresh cut fries that tasted like they were 15 mins old then deep fried again… funniest part about the fries was when he asked if i was cool with extra fries then asked me for a cigarette and when he handed it over added k that will be 5 dollars… seriously for what bro for $ 20 worth of shitty food… Wendy’s would have been a better choice… sorry 5 guys still love you but not cool…

Love the personal service but the burnt burgers were a true turnoff. All my wife wanted was a cheeseburger and hers and mine were burnt crispy. Not good guys.

We had lunch here this week and were impressed with the size and juiciness of the burgers and dogs. Fries very nice. Expensive considering competition like Park Burger and Shake and Steak, but I can see the appeal of this place. I used 5 napkins while eating my burger.

I’ve been to these before so I kinda knew what to expect. Lack of options for cheese is annoying, but I dealt with it. Overall the place is nice on the inside, service seems to take a lot longer than it should. I recall getting a ton of fries in my previous experience with this chain however here, not so much. Honestly for the money, taste and experience I would still stick with Mooyah.

For the price you charge, you should step up the service. Where’s the management, on the beach? Won’t be coming back if it stays like this

My first time at this chain. One thing I found odd is the tip jar at the cashier’s station. I’m not sure what I’m tipping for, I ordered and had to get my own plate. My next surprise is that my BLT came on a hamburger bun. I know, no big deal. Then my last surprise, the cashier asked if my order was for inside or to go. Well, my order came in a paper sack, the person who gave me me the order said they all come that way. Oh yeah, the sandwich, it came STACKED with chopped up bacon.

I hate to tell you, but your new location needs management other than the folks you have there now on Monday afternoon. Probably the worst burger I have had in a long time. Dry, tasteless, not made as I ordered. The fries were so limp, I could hardly lift them to my mouth. The shake was ok. The thing is, you cannot simply throw folks in there to work, then never check back. You have a DM? Is she/he doing any QC? Secret shopping? After I threw away my burger and fries I looked on Unilocal and saw that I not alone in my views…

At first I was excited that they opened a Five Guys closer, then I went to this location and wished they had not. I went here with a group of friends. First, they completely skipped my friend’s order, the first guy to order. Second, they completely messed up me and my girl’s orders, missing half of our toppings etc. Third, they remade our orders, let us keep the previous burgers, but some how almost messed up the remade order. They, as if it were an after thought, dumped three slices of cheese at the last second on our cheeseburgers. Finally, the kicker. My other friend, by the grace of God, placed his burger down at the right moment, and happened to see hair clumped in the cheese of his cheeseburger! WTF, seriously. Avoid this location at all cost, it’s worth the drive to another location.

Puts tang experience! Food is awesome. Juicy fresh burger. They have the new coke machines that mix flavored. Fries galore. Clean! And about to sell a 60 square commercial roof!

I really like this brand, but this location needs some serious work. When you emphasize no frills and place all the focus on a simple idea, namely burgers and fries, it’s imperative that you execute that charge with deliberate precision. The beauty of this brand when it’s done correctly is a golden crispy french fry in abundance and a tasty burger dressed to the patron’s specifications. Unfortunately what I got on this visit was the smallest order of wilted, greasy, cold fries I’ve ever seen at a Five Guys and a burger that was not cooked properly and dressed with an un-ripe tomato slice that practically ruined it. Please take a few pointers(or even a manager or team leader) from the store on Parker Road and whip this location into shape. Life if full of second chances. Thirds and fourths? Maybe not.

So, being that this was brand new and close to my house, I thought I’d give them one more shot. No go. My order was messed up badly, and for a brand new establishment, it seemed as if the burger was cooked in old grease. I’m done. Much better burgers out there for the price.

I love five guys but was not impressed with this location so far. Our order was all messed up: sandwich numbers were all wrong, one burger missing mustard and my BACON cheeseburger had no bacon. Big bummer. I hope they can get it right.

This burger joint was open a week ago and it’s still as busy as the first day. You walk in and place your order at the counter… then a clerk call out your number and you go up to pick up your food. We didn’t have to wait more then 8minutes for our food. I would have to say our bacon cheese burgers were very juicy and the bacon were nice and crispy. All my our toppings were correct. The only thing is the veggies burger have no seasoning. Kind of plain flavor. Overall, the establishment was very clean and friendly staff. They even have free peanuts in the shells while you wait.
