Great Clips

Constantly changing staff, long wait times and no preference given to on line check ins. Avoid this place it’s one of the worst Great Clips I have visited.

Will never go back there, my son’s hair was very uneven. The girl was not friendly, it also took them a long time to check me in, it’s ridiculous!!!

Took my 9yr old daughter in. They asked for a bunch of info to find us in the system. After they could not, they asked us for the info again and said they could not cut her hair without it. We just left.

I was in the area and needed a haircut so I decided to give this Great Clips a shot. My experience with other Great Clips franchises has been mixed and normally in the area of Service.
Not this one. Walked in and did not have to wait more than a couple of minutes despite the fact that it was a Saturday afternoon and they were busy.
The stylist who did my hair was very good and very efficient. The end result was good but not outstanding but good enough to the point, I would go back if I were in the area.

I don’t know why a hair salon needs your life history now a days before you can get anything done, but after giving her all my info, it took her several minutes to enter the info using the hunt and peck method.
She then tells me to be seated and some one will be with me shortly. No sooner than my butt touches the chair she call my name…
Without asking me anything, she starts prepping me for a haircut until I inform her that I am there for a beard/​moustache trim only. She proceeds with out any conversation whatsoever. When finished, she doesn’t even ask me if I’m satisfied, she just takes the cape off of me and heads to the register. Then it takes her several minutes to find the right key to punch for the beard/​moustache trim only, so she can charge me the correct amount.
Needless to say the section on the receipt that said tip for stylist was marked with a big fat zero. The trim was ok, nothing great, but the customer service sucked.
Its a good thing I only use this Great Clips only once every couple of years or so.
