My mother and I went into Heaven nails and spa to celebrate my birthday, and have some quality mom and daughter mani/pedi time. Upon entering the spa, we were greeted by the very friendly and accommodating owner. Each technician was also very friendly, however, my mom and I both had a feeling that something was off. Choosing our respective nail colors, we were escorted to our stations. My mom was only getting a shellac manicure, but I chose to get a shellac manicure, as well as a spa pedicure. The technician who did my pedicure seemed to be very adept at her craft, and no part of her process deviated from others pedicures I have experienced. However, I was surprised when another technician started my manicure while I was getting my pedicure. I figured she’d just prep my nails(file, clip cuticles, etc.) and then when my pedicure was finished, she’d complete the manicure at the nail station. To my surprise, she filed my nails, pushed back my cuticles, and without any other prep, including cuticle clipping, she began to apply the shellac polish. She worked hurriedly, and finished my manicure at the same time my pedicure with completed. My mom’s technician finished hers at the same time as well, and we quickly checked out. Upon examining our nails after leaving I was horrified to see that my technician had stopped painting my nails where the moons begin. My «brand new» manicure looked like it had grown out for two weeks. My moms nails were at least painted to the cuticle, but her cuticles had not been clipped either, and both of our hands had a white acetone residue on them as they did not wash our hands, or apply cuticle oil or lotion. My pedicure was ok-ish, but chipped in multiple places later that day. However, the manicure chipping was nothing compared to the fact that my «shellac» manicure pealed off each nail before I even got home. It was as though stickers had been applied to my nails, as the polish came off in thick, clean sheets. By the time I got home, my manicure was completely off. My mom’s lasted two days longer, but she too had the same experience of literally being able to peel off the polish. Though the spa is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly, I question their training, as well as the legitimacy of the«quality» products they have displayed. I would not recommend services at this spa.

The best thing about this place are the massage chairs in the front of the store, not back row. The worst place about it is the inconsistency in nail techs. We’ve come many times and have had mixed experiences. My mom and I came together, my girl had an attitude(younger with glasses) and clearly must hate her job. We were trying to figure out what spa pedicure was the most luxurious as we were willing to pay top dollar and be treated. They were not busy. The techs were not helpful and said it’s written on the wall, well that’s not very helpful considering its across the room and you can’t see it. So we said we’d take the most expensive. My moms lady was nice, but didn’t speak much English. After choosing the high end pedicure not only was it terrible, but only lasted 38 minutes. My mom had better quality, but not worth coming back for. Love the chairs, but find the service and quality very disappointing. Sad.

Came in with my mom over labor day weekend and we were very impressed. Immediately, the owner was very enthusiastic and seemed pretty commited to keeping us happy. He was addressing us by our first names(we didn’t have appointments) and kept offering us water and asking if everything was OK. The ambiance was very relaxing too, although to be fair we were one of maybe four people in there so it was a pretty quiet morning. The nail techs did a good job with the pedicures. My reason for one star was that my moms nail tech wasn’t very chatty. My mom would engae her in conversation, then the nail tech would speak in Spanish to another nail tech, and thten my nail girl would answer my mom. It was almost like she was using a translator but it was confusing since she obviously understood what my mom was saying. Anywhoo, 35 $ dollars for pedicures it pretty standard(I think?) for Cherry Creek at least. The toes look good — i can’t complain!

Ehhh– Heaven is so-so. I have been here many times– it used to be the regular spot for me and a girlfriend to always get gel manis. The pros– pretty good service. The owner runs around checking on you while you wait, bringing you water bottles, etc. There is a huge selection of magazines and also glass jars of candy everywhere. They also seem to have a large selection of colors for polish. The cons– Nail techs are inconsistent. I’ve had some great manis and some that disappointed me(working quickly and making mistakes, bubbles in my gel, etc.) I’ve felt rushed quite a few times there. Also, there is often a wait on weekends or busy times of day(after work rush.) I’ve finally found a different salon with similar prices, located just down the street. It has higher quality services and I’ve yet to be disappointed with their work. So, I’m moving on!

Unbelievable! Manicure was adequate. But the lack of sanitation was horrifying! This was my first time at this salon, so it may have been only my manicurist who was so lax, but clearly the salon does not have strict sanitation standards. The towel on the table was dirty, with more than one color of polish on it. Worse, the technician made NO attempt to clean or sanitize any tools she used. NOT going back!

When you see that a location is in the heart of Cherry Creek, your expectations immediately raise. I mean come on, it’s Cherry Creek. I went in for a pedi and was not impressed. The owner was super cute and friendly but the service was fast, overpriced and something that I could have done better at home. The girl that did my pedi didn’t speak a lick of English and had to have someone answer my questions about their services. I’m a talker and friendly and when I couldn’t even ask her what her name was, I knew there was gonna be a problem. I opted for a reg pedi. It was lighting quick, ladies. Like 15 minutes. Ummmm… What? I ended up paying $ 35 for a express service. My polish had thoes little air bubbles in it and was thrown on. My feet dried out within the first hour of leaving and my pinky toes wasn’t covered all the way. I’ve been to better places on Federal. I will not go back and feel as though one start is one too many. Time to update Unilocal so there’s a no star option.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The owner is very, very nice. My nail tech, Elena, was a sweet lady. I would like my Polish to be a bit closer to the edges of my nails, but I would definitely recommend the express gell manicure.

Randomly stopped in for an eyebrow wax. Lisa is great! She’s very professional and concerned with the customer’s preferences!

Great customer service and loved my pedicure! When we arrived we were greeted warmly. Throughout our treatments we were called by name. They gave us bottled water while getting pedicures. Customer service was what makes this place so great!

Completely disappointed with my experience at Heaven Nails. I came in as a walk in and was taken care of immediately. The lady who was doing my nails didn’t even soak my nails to start, hardly took care of my cuticles, provided a two second arm massage, and kept buffing out my nails for some reason. I’m looking at my nails now(4 hours after my manicure) and I have dry skin on my thumbs and it looks like my manicure is a week old. She didn’t paint all the way down to my cuticle so my nails look like they have grown. Not sure If i just had a bad egg. I most likely will not return. Would’ve expected higher quality for a «spa» in «cherry creek»

While shopping in the Creek my Mom became convinced I was in desperate need of a pedicure at that very moment, I’ll admit to needing one, I just didn’t think I needed an emergency pedicure like my Mom(sigh). I walked into Heaven Nails and there was no wait and they were ready to get started immediately. Lots of colors(I prefer OPI) to choose from so I took my time selecting the perfect red. The gentleman(owner/manager?) working was very sweet and definitely takes pride in the Salon and all the customers. The interior is quite spacious and would easily allow large groups or parties to be serviced at the same time. My pedicure was pleasant and at one point I thought it was taking a bit longer than I’m typically used to, not complaining just something I noticed. My technician was thorough and there was a lot of attention spent on my cuticles(nicely done) and the red polish. She was friendly and an excellent conversationalist. For a basic pedicure you will spend $ 35 + tip(they only go up from here) at Heaven Nails and that’s a little high for a pedicure in my opinion. The other Salons I frequent are between $ 25 and $ 30 and I consider that market price these days. As far as Nail Salon’s go I find that Heaven Nails falls in the middle, not the best I’ve had and not the worst.

Mmmmmm where do I start. One star is one too many. Unilocal needs to come up w negative number of stars. I already knew a simple manicure was going to be anything from heavenly when the very inexperienced yet sweet tech was taking 5 minutes per nail. I was disappointed because being my first time in Denver I wanted a good manicure. I let them know, after all was paid, that the manicure was absolutely unacceptable. The manager was very apologetic, but I couldn’t be bothered to waste another 45 mins. I told him that the point of me voicing my opinion about the manicure was simple out of principle.

This place is awesome! The second you walk in the owner, who is always helping out, will greet you like an old friend(he will even peek at your name on the sign in sheet so he can call you by name if possible). The staff is very friendly and professional and the whole salon feels more like a spa than a nail joint. Last time I was there a woman rushed in and said she only had a few minutes to get everything done. Instead if balking, the staff swarmed her and got her in and out in the time she had-it was very impressive. Be prepared for a little sticker shock, you get what you pay for and you will pay a fair amount here. If you’re looking for a cheap mani/pedi and don’t care if it chips you may be better off going elsewhere. Additionally, this place is not a well kept secret so prepare for a wait if you hit it on the weekends because they get BUSY. Nothin less than 5 stars for Heaven-it’s wonderful!

Always number one in customer service, squeeze you in at 6:45PM and really care about your time. Did I mention the candy jars? I wish there pedicures didn’t last so long so I could go into more often.

This was the absolute worst mani-pedi I have ever received. My cuticles were a wreck but no trimming was done and they didn’t even get off all the old polish before putting on new which was chipping within hours. What a waste.

Came in for my birthday and was treated to the best pedicure and even a glass of wine! The owner was so sweet he ordered us sushi from across the street that was then hand delivered. I literally couldn’t think of a better treat than getting your nails done while sipping some grape and snacking on sushi. HIGHLYRECOMMEND!

First time getting a pedicure at this shop and I will not be back! When my nails were getting trimmed it was actually painful. I should have stopped the service at that point but didn’t. I was trying to enjoy my afternoon with my girlfriend who was getting a pedicure along side me. When I got up from our 20 minute pedicure, no real scrubbing or massage and with major chunks of skin missing I was feeling sensitive and irritated. I let them know when checking out I felt as though they trimmed too much of my skin I was told that the marks were indentations from my toenails. I have never been trimmed this short and have never had a pedicure hurt before. I was told they have been doing this for 20 years and I didn’t know what I was talking about. I reminded them that I too have had 20 years of experience getting pedicures and this was not normal. I was surprised they did not try to obtain me as a customer or remedy the situation. They put the blame on me and told me I was wrong and charged me $ 35 for what was the worst pedicure I have ever had. I will never refer or return to this non customer oriented facility and pray to god I do not end up with an infection with so much of my skin missing.

They are back! and I’m so, so happy. They upgraded the site — new chairs and it now seems to airy and welcoming. Great mani/pedi with wonderful and caring customer service.

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to hands down. Beautifully decorated, nice and friendly staff, as well as very attentive to your needs! First of all, this is one of the cleanest and prettiest nail salons I’ve ever been to. You really feel like you’re in a high class place, but what else can you expect from Cherry Creek. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. First thing they did when I sat down for my pedicure was ask me if I’d like some water. Most salons don’t do that. Then, they made sure that I was comfortable, and everything they’re doing was to my liking. Customer service EXTREMELY important to me, so that’s what makes this place stand out to me. This places is just a great place to come get your nails done and to relax. Definitely recommend this salon to anybody who wants a their beauty needs met and to relax!
