Ink makes an amazing vanilla latte with just a little but of vanilla just the way I like it! It’s my go to quick latte when I’m not in the exploring mood. Bring a 5 dollar bill it’s not cheap.

Although the drinks are good, I think the customer service is absolutely terrible. I get a «thank you» from the barista maybe once every ten visits. I say thank you and get nothing in return. Remember who is paying your salary and keeping your shop in business!

The most expensive coffee in Aspen. Ask to look at the kitchen before ordering food… eeeek. They are subsidized by the Ski Co, and will close as soon as the lease runs out. And, the ownership hates dogs. Don’t go to any of their locations.

Another good ink! location. Decent hot chocolate and nice assortment of pastries. Good place to stop on a chilly day at CCN and plenty of space to get some work. Nothing that really makes it stand out from Starbucks but much better than some of the other coffee shops in the area.

This is a fun little place to grab a quick lunch. They make smoothies to order, which are always delicious and a nice little filler if you don’t feel like having a full meal. Their salads are very robust and satisfying but healthy enough to make you proud of yourself for making good choices. That being said, service is definitely hit or miss. Some of the staff is super friendly while others will make you awkwardly loiter at the counter while they finish up their conversation about what so-and-so from college is up to these days. I also never know what to do with my plate when I’m finished. They don’t have a tub in any visible place where I can place my dirty dishes, but I never want to ask – at this point the chatty barista has typically moved on to regaling her coworker with a very shocking play-by-play of her latest bar hopping excursion and I don’t want to interrupt. So I typically leave my plate where it’s at and slink guiltily away. Shockingly enough, the only thing I haven’t had from them is a plain old cup of coffee! Will have to remedy this immediately.

The espresso drinks here are delicious. They have a nice place for seating as well. We had the vanilla latte and it was creamy and delicious.

Nice coffee shop in Bonnie Brea with a good selection of hot/cold coffee, smoothies and blended drinks. They offer a small food menu as well(pre-made burritos, granola bars, pastries and Parking on the side and back of shop is easy and quick. ink! Has a very nice front patio with plenty of outdoor seating but indoor seating is limited. They do offer wifi and the staff was very friendly. Overall ink! is a great place to grab a good coffee and go. Seating limited on inside so not a place to ‘camp’ in the winter months when too cold to sit under their sweet pergola outside.

Coffee snobs listen up! ink! does beat out the competition on so many levels. Quality, taste and barista’s without the ‘tude. Love the mellow vibe inside as well, it’s quiet and perfect for a meeting to getting some s*** done.

Ink offers decent coffee. Not a fan of their chai latte. It is more expensive than Starbucks. The food and smoothies are pretty good with lots of options.

I ordered the hot nutcase. It was really good, but I actually had to go back and have them remake it because the temperature was not hot enough. I like the outdoor seating as it can get too cramped/busy inside.

$ 3.62 for a dopio Macchiato? Really?! That’s about a buck more than many other coffee joints. See ya!

I work from home and sometimes I need to get out to stay focused. This is my first time here and I love the energy. There is the hustle and bustle of business people coming in for daily breakfast and bevvie, individuals like myself working alone and two-tops having conversation. The right amount of volume and commotion. The wonderful women behind the counter are genuinely friendly, energetic and greet their regulars with a personal hello. They offered two delivery men a complimentary drink as a thank you. I am enjoying the blueberry green tea however the burritos and coffee smell delicious. I’ll be back, ink!, you’ve won me over.

Great coffee, environment and employees. Their sandwiches are also amazing for being made fresh at the coffee shop. Highly recommend this spot.

The best coffee we’ve experience all the way from California. Their spicy ginger chai is the best chai I have EVER had. The regular coffee is also outstanding. Maybe a little expensive, but delicious Tasty.

Best coffee! Amazing baristas and real knowledge of where their coffee comes from. They direct source from farms. And it’s a local company that you can tell has integrity for their product.

Ink, you have a lot of chips stacked against you. Paid parking, mediocre coffee, another coffeeshop 50 feet away, and you have the worst internet I’ve experienced at a coffeeshop in Denver(I’ve been here 4 times and left 4 times because I forget each time how bad your internet is). I mean, either have internet or don’t but don’t make your fellow patrons want to pull their hair out. That’s right — I’m typing with one hand because a handful of hair is in my left. I want to like you. I like coffee. It should work. But it doesn’t yet.

Their coffee is STRONG! They don’t screw around when it comes to the brew. But they do screw around behind the counter! Every employee here feels like they’re a friend who just hopped behind the counter to make you a coffee. The vibe the staff create is fun, welcoming, and energetic. They make the horrible drive through Cherry Reek rush hour construction totally worth it! Also — absolutely the BEST blended Chai I’ve ever had anywhere ever. No joke.
