I got in the same day and got my tooth pulled with no pain in fack he said he was done
and I was on my way to pick up some pain meds. I going to see him tomorrow I don’t have an appointment and I’m sure he get me in.

my husband is in excruciating pain and desperately needs a Dentist. I called Innovative Dentists because they are located less than two miles from our home. Today is Thursday, March 12^th. The very earliest they would give my husband an appointment is Wednesday afternoon on March 18 th. That is seven days away!!! I asked if they had any time on any day before that FOR EMERGENCIES! The answer in NO! If a patient in unfortunate and developes a tooth ache in a broken tooth, well that’s simply too bad. The receptionist clearly stated they «make no room in their scheduling for any type of emergency and you must wait a week until they have an opening». I then asked if she knew of, or could recommend a dentist in their area. She said they don’t know of any other dentists and don’t recommend any. She added that I could drive down Federal because she’s seen dental offices. I told her that I was crippled and my husband had severe tooth pain and probably an infection in the tooth and couldn’t drive up and down Federal looking for siigns for dental offices. She offered no other option. WAKE UP CALL: EMERGENCIES DO HAPPEN AND WAITING A WEEK FOR AN EMERGENCY IS UNETHICAL! I wouldn’t use this clinic for anything. I hope the receptionist reads this because this is a formal announcement that I’m canceling the appointment on March 18, 2015! Your policy is horrible. you treat potential patients like garbage. we will not use this dentist under any circumstances.

Extremely kind people, great service and thorough dental cleaning and care. I would recommend them as I was a first time patient and had heard good feedback from others and wanted to share my experience. It’s hard to find a really good dentist. Green light!
