These guys deliver, no really, they do! And they live up to their«Freaky Fast» claim! I usually order from here when I’m crunched for time working on a deadline and don’t have the opportunity to run out to grab a bite for lunch. They have been known to deliver my lunch within 9 minutes of me placing my order online, I don’t know how they do it, but they rock! The delivery folks are always friendly, polite and just great people! Thanks Jimmy John’s!

Employee went straight from mopping the floor to making a sandwich without washing hands. Disgusting.

Grabbed a sandwich here this evening. Fast service. Amazingly fast sandwich build. Pleasant staff. What more can I ask? I occasionally eat here on my visits to Denver, and the experience has been consistently good each time.

I order from this Jimmy John’s frequently however this time was terrible! The meat on my sandwich was rotten and made me start puking while I was eating it. I called the store to let them know that they should check the meat so no one else would get sick and the manager told me «that’s not my problem and I can’t take responsibility for your bad experience.» I wasn’t upset until the manager was extremely rude to me. I work in customer service and this kind of treatment was really disappointing, especially from a company I thought I enjoyed.

We were visiting from out of town & craving a fast sub — so we decided to order Jim John’s for delivery. We are .7 miles away from this location — and our order was taken, made, and delivered within 9 minutes. Our delivery driver, Eric, was AWESOME — so quick and polite. And VERY cheerful! Definitely recommend! Awesome location & amazing delivery staff!

Had a sub last night from Jimmy John’s…got the turkey and ham sub with some chips. The bread was stale, to say the least. It was hard, even on the inside, so wasn’t thrilled about that. They never asked me if I wanted anything special on the sandwich, but rushed me through as quickly as possible. I can say I’ve had better experiences at this place in different states, but wouldn’t go to this one again…

Came in today… all the tables were dirty… ordered skinny with turkey. asked for mayo and was told I could have packets… the packets you gave me cost more than slathering some mayo on the sub morons… lots of staff working standing around talking… but the absolute worst thing was the burnt bread you served… I love Jimmy Johns bread but hard as a rock crunchy bread sucked!!!

Waiting in line, behind a very skinny Jimmy John’s delivery guy, who was taking forever, cashier girl blonde, just looks at me with no care, i am very hungry, still waiting, walk out after due to the lack of, «hello i will right with you» but instead the delivery guy is more important. But come back in, and both the guy and blonde girl are laughing that i left, due to her saying«he is back» while they are laughing, so i leave again only to have the delivery guy, yell«GOODBYE» as he and the cashier laugh, on the 18 day of june @ 2:30 pm

Not sure if this place is a sandwich shop or a place where cyclists hang out and watch videos of themselves on their last delivery…

How do I live 1 mile away from Jimmy Johns but I’m out of their delivery area?! Freaky fast means as long as it’s next door?

I am .7 miles away, and this location doesn’t deliver to my address. So frustrating. The location that does deliver to my address(.4 miles away) is closed on Saturday. Makes no sense! Extend the delivery locations for the weekend, please.

I work downtown, and on the infrequent occasions that I head to the 16th Street Mall on my lunch break to run errands, inevitably, I’ll stop at Jimmy John’s to grab some grub to go. This shop is small and kind of awkwardly shaped(narrow) which can be mildly irritating during the busy noon lunch rush if you happen to have issues with personal space violations. In spite of the space limitations, I have always found the Jimmy John’s staff members to be happy, calm and organized. There are no grumpy Soup Nazis at this place! And the service is FAAAAST! Like, kind of NINJA fast(to use a term coined by a co-worker). I truly don’t know how they do it. That Ninja speed also applies to their Downtown delivery service. I know it sounds impossible, but I swear one time a delivery guy was standing in front of me three seconds after I placed my order. I know you don’t believe me, so order some delivery and you’ll see. And you’ll want to thank me. I accept Italian Night Clubs, cash, and/or money orders. As far as the food goes, I can’t really speak to the menu, because I have only tried the #9 Italian Night Club(real Genoa salami, Italian Gabagool, smoked ham and provolone cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and homemade vinaigrette $ 5.95). Another co-worker and friend loves the #16 Club Lulu as a «JJ Unwich»(low-carb lettuce wrap: fresh sliced turkey breast, bacon, lettuce, tomato & mayo wrapped in lettuce $ 5.95). The prices at Jimmy John’s just can’t be beat, unless you go next door for a single taco at the Bell. The same size and quality sandwiches that Jimmy John’s serves would cost double at most other downtown sandwich places(or quadruple if you’re going to the Backcountry Deli, but that’s a different review for another day).

The tuna salad unwich was delicious. We gluten-restricted peeps are endlessly appreciative of something nummy. Four stars is really, really good. I’m saving 5 for if I need it someday.

Jimmy John’s is your subway sandwich in the Midwest of the United States. There are good for a few reasons: — They make their sandwiches fast — They deliver on bikes(which is pretty cool) — Their sandwiches are simple And that’s about it. I ordered the #1 cold sandwich and the bread was okay. The crust is a little hard. It came with the ham, tomatoes, lettuce, and dressing that was advertised, but it is what you get. There was nothing spectacular about it and I found it to be pretty underwhelming for being such a popular chain. Call me your typical Southern California girl, but I would prefer the subway sandwich where I can have my choice of 7 different condiments and a ton of veggies to select from. At Jimmy John’s…it is what it is. I can see it as a good place to grab a quick sandwich for lunch if you’re at work and on the go. Maybe I should try one of their hot sandwiches next time. FYI: At this location you can dine in or have it delivered by bike.

I have a tale to tell: My boyfriend and I ordered a couple of delicious Beach Clubs from this Jimmy John’s(I believe it’s this one) before he had to go to work. I guess the one closer to his place closes on a certain day or after a certain time(I couldn’t find hours for the different one, but that’s not really the point) and the calls get funneled to this Jimmy John’s. They take our order, all is fine. Then an hour goes by, nothing. Freaky fast? We called back. guess what happened: THEYCANCELLEDOURORDER! Apparently we were outside the delivery zone, WHICHISFINE(we were in the delivery zone for the other JJ-who we thought we called-) but they did not tell us that when we ordered, and then just cancelled it without calling to tell us. So my boyfriend raises a stink, wouldn’t you? He’s in a hurry to get to work. The manager or whoever apologized and said that he’d call the Alameda JJ to deliver to us and the sandwiches would be free. Well the JJ came, but they were not free. At this point what can you do? We paid and ate and learned our lesson. Still, incredibly terrible service. If you’re going to take calls from a different location, at least check if the address is within the delivery zone. And if you discover later that it isn’t, CALLTHECUSTOMER The end.

It’s a Jimmy Johns, so nothing earth shatteringly unique about this one. It is right off the mall. Some seating. They really are freaky fast at getting you in and out. I love the Beach Club piled high with lettuce(sprouts if they have it), tomatoes, guac and tons of turkey on the 7 grain bread(very nutty, love it). Friendly people, good prices, flavorful sandwiches!

I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience here. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Anyway, I would be lying if I said it’s always my first choice, but it’s not. I certainly like to try other places and I have some other favorite go-to’s. But for a speedy and delicious lunch — I stop in here. Today I wandered to another sandwich shop nearby and although I love them — they had a massive line and they aren’t the quickest — so I ran right out and headed to JJ. In and ordered within a couple minutes and within another minute or two I was chowing down. Sitting next to the register and line, I counted according to order numbers and they breezed through 40 – 50 people within about 20 minutes or so. They kicked that line’s ASS. It’s just basic sandwiches — but it’s always consistent and fairly tasty and the employees are always nice. Considering I work a block away — I will be back soon.
