Lasair Aesthetic Health

I have been going to Lasair practically from the first day it opened. My husband is a semi-​retired plastic surgeon so I have had the opportunity to try many many different spas for botox, fillers, etc. but always end up going back to Dr. Alexis Parker. She has the genius about her. She can look at a face or body and know exactly what to do and make you feel so much better about yourself. She has become truly refined and is extremely artistic in her treatments. Hey girls, take it from an experienced spa nut like me who likes to look good. Try Lasair Aesthetic Health just once and like me you will be hooked.

False Advertising. Website states specials on Thursdays. You call and it is on Monday. Then you try to book on a later evening, but then Doctor is not in on that day. Dont need the hassle. No thank you.

Dr Parker and her professional staff can do wonders!!! I am so pleased with my results and will continue to seek their assistance in all my beauty needs.

I debated posting this review because I have literally had nightmares about Dr. Parker coming after me. Why am I having nightmares? Ohhh, just a bit of PTSD from her erratically deciding to put her laser on a part of my body I didn’t request hair removal on and without putting any cooling gel down first. I don’t know if this woman is on drugs or just really, really distracted and nervous, but burns ensued. Yes, BURNS. I have pictures.
And that, my friends, is why I decided to post this review despite my fears of backlash. Because it was such a negative experience that I feel morally obligated to warn people that Dr. Parker should not be doing laser hair removal, and I should have walked out the first time she went to perform it on me and jokingly said «it had been a while» for her. But I didn’t, and I burst into tears because it was so painful that day. She tried to explain it away as an anomaly, but it was my 20−25^th time receiving laser hair removal at her business, first time from her, and none of the other technicians had ever given me such a painful, negative experience. It was humiliating, and being a people pleaser, I apologized and sort of let her put the blame on me. I didn’t want to insult her as a professional.
Her front desk person told me on the way out that they were having staffing issues so that’s why the Dr herself did my service. I scheduled my next session hoping one of the great techs I had gotten from the 20 – 25 times I had already been there would be available for me next time. I guess they don’t work there anymore. So next time around, I got Dr. Parker again. I set my people pleasing aside and straight up told her I had a negative experience and was hoping it would go better this time, but my gut was screaming at me to just walk out and leave. But I stayed and got these burns. And explain to my boyfriend how on earth I got them, not that I ever wanted to explain to him anything about my unwanted excess body hair. Awkward and embarrassing. Now I have to find a new laser hair removal place to pick up where Lasair left off. Such a shame that after spending a great deal of money on a couple dozen laser hair removal visits I have to warn people about my experience. It’s too bad the great techs like Alithia are no longer there. It was a 4 star experience all that time. And now, burns. BURNS! Ack.
Also, I’m sorry to Lasair for saying anything that could hurt your business. I know you put a lot of your heart and soul in it, but Dr. Parker seriously should not be performing laser hair removal on anyone. Ever.

Dr. Parker is an artist! I had Juvederm a few months ago and was so pleased with the results that I decided to get Voluma. I am so pleased with the results! Dr. Parker is very personable, always runs on time and is very honest about what services will and will not help instead of trying to talk you in to everything she offers. I appreciate this honesty and cost consciousness.

Booked three treatments, questioned the gentleman who stated that all could be completed on the same appointment, received a call from Lasair and told that one laser was not functioning but that the two remaining treatments could be performed. Drove 2.5 hours to be told after a 1.5 hour wait that all the lasers were still at the technicians and had not been delivered. Informed that Dr. Parker would be in, after 1.5 hours Parker appeared to insinuate it was my fault she was given the wrong room, and that I was out of the room washing my face on the second time she got around to attempting to see me. Really?
Don’t bother. The lack of professionalism was incredible but who sends out all of their «lasers» at the same time, fails to call the patient, or just treats the patient with the deserved professionalism? Why was the information not communicated earlier rather than 1.5 hours after my arrival?
Then had to drive another 2.5 hours without even a «this has just been an unfortunate series of events». I would be concerned recommending this practice to anyone based on my experience.
There are other options in Denver who appear to have more reliable lasers and so far my experience with them has been professional, timely, and they actually appreciated that I was there.

I have visited this office for several different procedures and I have always found Dr. Parker and her staff to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide variety of services and feature regular specials. I would highly recommend Lasair.

I have been coming here for over 10 years for laser hair removal. Their lasers are high quality. The staff seems to change often though so I don’t always get the same technician which is kind of frustrating but not the end of the world.

I thought Dr Parker was pretty nice the one time I met her for the consultation. I had purchased the Groupon for 4 laser hair removal sessions. Every time I went for my appointment, I arrived early. Every time, my appointment did not start until 10 – 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I had scheduled KTP with the first tech for my next visit. After being forgotten, the tech that helped me told me not to bother with doing the KTP unless I was planning on doing it 3 or 4 more times. It was like she did not want to take the time to do it that day I was there. The last 2 times I went, I actually had the same tech, she was pretty nice. I never felt like they wanted to help me. They had a special on the KTP on a Friday which I asked about but because it was the end of the day, they were not interested in even pursuing me to have it done. I actually purchased 2 of the Groupons, but got a refund from Groupon on the second one because I was no longer interested in going back. Also, a pet peeve, notice the miss spelling of the business, Lasair Aesthetich Health, the website for them also has many typos.

Wonderful, clean and professional company that has been in business for over 13 years. They provide a plethera of services including; laser hair removal, electrolysis, bio-​identical horomone theapy, facials, microdermabrasion, Jeverderm, Botox, Sculptra, KTP, Cooltouch and many other options to look and feel beautiful. Ildiko is my aesthetician and I highly recommend her. She has many years of experience working in the biz and does a thorough job!
