I have been dealing with shoulder pain from Crossfit for a few months, and Leo found the root of the pain! He was very present during the massage (checking in on pressure, noticing muscle twitches, spending more time on tighter muscles, etc.) I am not one to speak up during a massage, and typically just push through the pain, so I really appreciated his awareness. All in all, it was an awesome massage! I will be going back!

I have known Leo for several years but only recently had the chance to have him work on me. I have had an issue with two torn Achilles tendons for over 2 years, one of which has become chronic. Leo was able to address my pain issues and the tendons with some great localized massage which has dropped my pain level close to 80% in just 3 massages. Count me as one VERY happy patient!
