Terrible customer service. Every single time I go there they are so rude (except for one older woman who works first window in the mornings)
They food is just getting worse and worse. I asked for a egg mcmufffin and they literally gave me a burnt English muffin and a very over cooked egg. No meat, no cheese. I couldn’t even eat it because it was so overcooked. And every single time the fries are either soggy and cold or completely burnt. They employees want $ 15.00 and hour for doing nothing? Ya right. You guys redid your lobby but you cannot hide terrible food and service with a nice lobby.

Close it down! Or at least change your rude employees with their fake smiles and condescending partings and greetings. Ugh! Old stale reheated fries, waited almost twenty minutes, windows 1and 2 lie about giving you a receipt. Treated VERY POORLY. This one dumb employee gave me my order, took it back in the store. Half of them, if not all of them, are high or something. This place is badly managed. Would never EVER COME BACK! Then again it’s just McDonald’s.

It took 15 minutes 2 get 2 happy meals. Then they put apples in it instead of yogurts. They didn’t give them their sauce and there was no ketchup at the drink station. The toys were from a old movie from last summer and not the ones advertised, leaving me with unhappy kids. The play area was 100 degrees because they didn’t have the air on in the play place. The service wasn’t very friendly and the place was not very clean, would not recommend.

Today I’m getting my egg white delight but what pisses me off is they keep the menu screen as breakfast and serves you lunch. if there so prompt with her kitchen changing you think the menus were changed to. Grr

For being a McDonalds this place isn’t half bad. Every time I’ve eaten here I usually only get a hot & spicy with cheese and a McDouble with extra pickles. They don’t over mayo the hot and spicys like most places do and every time I’ve gotten my food it’s been super hot and fresh! Only mcdonalds I’ll ever go to.

Really bad service. 5 people waiting for someone to take their order and everyone behind the counter are just gabbing. Also really stale burger bun and burger tastes like it had been sitting a while. So sad because I love McD’s

Let me start off by saying, I love McDonalds. I live very close to the location and go there about 5 – 6 times a week for coffee, frapee, happy meals, etc…
Every time I go there, I feel like they are daring me NOT to come back! Example:
Friday afternoon, I order a large frappé pay (which the price sometimes varies??) I watched them make me a medium, then they realize it should be a large so they dump it in a large cup an swirl it to seem like more??? Stupid me, I go back in the evening for Sweet Tea and have to wait in The drive thru for the worker to finish his conversation (3 – 4 minutes… seriously) with his buddies! That’s just 2 examples of regular service. I’m FINALLY going to except the «DARE» and be done with this location. I HIGHLY recommend you do as well.
