Don’t go to this McDonalds! Worst service in the world!
They screwed up my order at the drive-​thru speaker, I corrected them (this took 5 minutes to do).
They tried to give me the wrong order again when I got to the window. I caught this and again corrected them and then they overcharged me and still gave me the wrong order! This all took about 20 minutes and in a drive-​thru!!! Avoid this McDonalds like the plague.

Great play place. Unfortunately, I would strongly recommend against going there for lunch (which is about the only time I’d take my child there). For some reason they always have huge gangs of high schoolers hanging out in there cursing and yelling. This is so inappropriate for a kid’s place place.

Normally I wouldn’t even bother reviewing a McDonald’s but I am particularly frustrated by my experience at this location. I ordered just a parfait and ended up waiting in the drive thru line — with only three cars ahead of me — for 17 minutes.
I would’ve been forgiving if, once I finally pulled up to the window, if the cashier had been apologetic or offered some sort of explanation. Instead, the girl at the window was extremely rude to me and rolled her eyes when I asked if they were short-​staffed.
Then she handed me a burger and fries! After I handed it back and explained that wasn’t my order, another employee showed up, looked in the bag, and commented «that car must’ve left too» meaning the wait problem started long before I got there! I finally got my parfait but I won’t be visiting this location ever again.

Yummy, unhealthy, heart attack material, that is so good. Twice a year I visit and I am always satisfied. This location is great, and has fast hands when making your food. Never had any issues.

Horrible experience while going through the drive through. I ordered a 6 piece and received 5. Fried were cold. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and came with everything on. We realized this when we came home and called to tell the manager what happen. She was very defensive and said «are you really making a big deal about this!» I understand this is a drive through but have a little more compassion for customers who have many options for food.

This McDs is a disaster. When ordering through drive thru the order taker does not seem to understand you, ever. The food is a sloppy mess every time, and they screw up what you want to add/​remove.
Avoid this location.

I am not one who would typically write a review about a McDonalds but customer service is a huge thing to me. I occasionally stop at this McDonalds for a coffee on my way to work. After stopping about 3 times on 3 completely spread out days, the store manager (I don’t recall his name) remembers exactly what I ordered and has it ready for me as soon as he sees me. For dealing with hundreds of customers a day, and for just coming in sporadically, this really made me feel special.
