The project went smoothly and I really liked the crew. The problems started after the project was over. Only two months after they completely redid our driveway and sidewalk cracks appeared and the sidewalk has a gap between the steps. I contacted Ben several times. He said he would come out to the house and look things over. Two months later, I still had not heard from him. He finally emailed me to say he would be out that week. He then replied three weeks later and said cracks were normal and if we wanted to meet with him to go over it he would. I asked to meet with him to go over everything and he never responded. We discovered more cracks and the gap between the sidewalk and the steps are getting bigger. I contacted Ben and have not gotten a response.
