When MHCD experience budget cuts over the summer, they took away half my pay and all my benefits and wouldn’t allow me time ½ hour off early to go for an interview with another company. To add insult to injury Oriana S. sends me an email that I can only take a 15 minute break after my four hour shift is done but once this was investigated through unemployment, I was awarded unemployment.
My only hope they don’t treat the consumers the way they treat their employees.

MHCD has been a very good resource for a family friend. Their website is great. MHCD provides services for difficult clientele and people who are in a tough time in their life. I’ve had interactions with 4 – 5 staff members and MHCD doctors, and they are there for you. MHCD has a well-​organized system and I’ve seen that less people fall through the cracks with MHCD; whereas with a similar organization in the metro area, there was lower quality services. MHCD has had more of a positive impact and makes a difference!
