Let me start by saying If it wasn’t for Paul Kenner for helping us buy our first home in Colorado, I’m not sure we would of been able to get the best first home buyers experience from anyone else. I can not speak to any agent in this office aside from Traci Maloney, but I can tell you that I have been very impressed with her desire to assist her clients with quick results that doesn’t leave money on the table. She truly listens to your needs and will use all services available to create beautiful listings that will attract buyers. She understands that great photography that highlights your home, without them looking dingy or creating rooms that look like their shape is from a carnival mirror, will create the favorable impression of your home and will actually get them in to see all that your home has to offer. We looked at other realtors who did not seem to understand the importance of the online presence for today’s market, as some realtors still think if an industry prior to the internet. If you want a realtor that does use technology to the full advantage, then I have no trouble recommending Traci for your selling needs. As a buyer, she also really knows the neighborhoods and listens to your needs to find the right property and will negotiate through the closing process. She is proactive and driven. Again, I cannot speak to the whole office, but I would not hesitate to use Traci in the future and think that she will really help your buying or selling needs to be successful.
