I’ve been going to this gym for about 6 weeks. I chose it because even though I’m new to Muay Thai, everyone there, from the instructors to the other people training there, were quick to help me along. They never made me feel like I was slowing them down, on the contrary they pushed me to work harder. I recommend this place to anyone!

I have been coming to this gym for 4 years now. I have found that the training is top notch and the owners, Jessica and Oscar Martinez are incredibly competent and really care about everybody who comes to train under them. I originally started at this gym because I was looking for a smaller gym with a focus on women’s classes. I found what I was looking for and a lot more. I know that there are other good Muay Thai gyms in the Denver area, but I come here because I feel like they have really brought out the best in me.
