My family was referred to this office July 2013, for our son to have his wisdom teeth removed. In the number of years that I have personally worked in customer service, and used the motto; «the customer is always right», I experienced first hand poor front office service. I was also surprised that my son was put under the knife by an intern/fill-in doctor. We have since explained our unsatisfactory experience to the office, and they expressed an apology in a typed letter.

I believe the business is now called Nelson and Rollert. They were absolutely amazing. The staff went out of their way to help me. They even have a massaging chair! I had one (infected) wisdom tooth pulled, and will go to them for the other three!

If you need dental implant work done, Dr. Richard McLain is awesome! I’ve been into this office to have surgery for two implants and have been extremely happy with the service, medical care and the reasonable costs. This surgery by Dr. McLain required bone grafting (went well), it healed very well, and I’m back into my regular dentist now for the rest. His staff also made me feel very comfortable through the whole ordeal. I highly recommend this office for consideration of any implant work! A+++++
