There are a great deal of street vendors off of Colfax but this one is worth the extra block. I had seen Pali’s as I drove by on the way to work but did not know what it was as there was no signage that I could see. When I was walking to lunch my coworker and I stopped by and decided to try it out. I had the sausage sandwich which comes Italian style with red sauce. My friend got the steak salad. Awesome marinated flank steak. Came with a drink and I had chips and we spoke to the owner a bit about the food and he informed us that he was putting up a bigger sign. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a different downtown cheap eat. The combination of food quality and cost can’t be beat.
